Great house and a great stay!

We had a great stay at Villa Delinory! The pictures on the website are completely accurate. The house was immaculately cleaned. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and well-maintained. The hot tub and pool were wonderful. We would rent his property again.

Nice house

The house was clean and nice. The photos online were a little deceiving. Communication with property manager was perfect. We had issues with the pool heating and was only able to use it 3 days out of our 9 day stay that was the only issue we had.

Nice Home

Overall enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious and contained everything we needed. The spa was not working when we arrived and the part needed to fix was not available so we had to turn on the spa manually on the side of the house. This was an annoyance to me since I had messaged the owner prior to booking to confirm everything was working. Property manager was very responsive.

We never guarantee working spas (NOBODY can by the way!) and always let people know in ADVANCE about it (please see the booking registration form) because we know these situations you described can happen. Suddenly a spa does not work anymore and it takes days or weeks to fix it. We try everything to act fast but we cannot do miracles and we cannot forsee the future, this is just impossible.

Broken pool heater

Our primary goal for our family vacation was to relax and spend almost all of our time in the pool and hot tub. The 2nd day of our stay, the pool and hot tub did not heat, and after spending a day trying to figure it out on our own, we called the property manager and were informed the heater had broken the day before, and could not be fixed until after we left. We understand that these things happen, but we booked this property specifically for the heated pool and hot tub and we were disappointed that we were not communicated with about the situation, or apologized to. Our kids were sad to miss out on a warm pool during the majority of our stay, and it certainly was not the type of vacation we were promised. All that being said, the house was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. We simply did not get to use the property how we were expecting.

Thank you for the feedback. I do not know what visits you mean. We always call the guests before and never just stop by (except for emergencies). However, call ahead is not possible for pool service, outside house checking and lawn service. But that is generally practiced in this way for all vacation homes in the city.

Unfortunate

Nice property but the pool was 106 degrees for the first 4 days of our 6 day stay. Told the property manager upon 45 minutes of arrival. He blamed me for the first couple of days. I finally complained enough that he called the pool company. The people before us had turned up the heater.

We never blame guests, that is just not the way we work. But we ask questions to figure out what is going on and what the reason might be. After that we initiate the next step like calling the service responsible.

Die Angaben im Internet zur Lage und Ausstattung des Hausobjektes waren absolut identisch. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was einen Urlaub perfekt macht. Die Betreuung vor Ort war exelent. Das Ferienhaus kann mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfohlen werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral. Wenige Minuten entfernt findet man genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Einfach genial

Das Ferien-Feeling beginnt bereits bei der Buchung, unkompliziert, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Sehr gute Dokumentationen wie z.B. Wegbeschreibung, Schlüsselübergabe, Örtlichkeiten. Die Villa sieht real noch viel besser aus als angepriesen - ein Traumurlaub der seinesgleichen sucht. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Super Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes sauberes Ferienhaus.Zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern als auch für "Erwachsene". Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem PKW gut zu erreichen. Für Golfer gibt es in der Nähe auch mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Spielén. Ich empfehle Coral Oaks.
