The property and house were beautiful! The The outdoor pool and hot tub were a joy each day! The morning coffee in the early morning sitting near the water watching the sunrise was amazing. The house was exceptional

Great Family Getaway

What a beautiful and comfortable house! The location of the property was very convenient and the views were magnificent! We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the pool and lanai.

Beautiful home!

My family loved everything about this home. Especially the little things: the tabletop in the pool, Bathroom right off the pool, wonderful water views, spacious rooms, large and ample tvs, and the movie theater style seating. If this house is available the next time we are in the area, we wil be sure to stay here again

We stayed here the second time. It was even better than the first time. The Tiki lounge on the new deck is great. Could not use the garage, but other than that, again: Perfect! Chris and owner easy to contact if needed. Thanks again!

Relaxing time

Beautiful sunsets overlooking the lagoon, often sighting dolphins and manatees. Many sightings of borrowing owls on our daily walks. House was extremely well supplied with cookware, utensils, dishes and condiments. Property was in excellent condition and very comfortable. We would rent again without hesitation. Owners were very good communicators and extremely friendly. Great stay!

Great location, live in the pool

This house was perfect for our family. Itā€™s a quick drive to grocery stores and great restaurants. After spending the day at the Naples Zoo we came home to a spectacular dolphin show right out back while we were swimming in the pool. One thing I would point out to anyone renting is not to fear the electric bill. Once Chris showed us how to turn up pool/spa heat we never left the pool and it was a minimal charge.

Fantastic Home

Just completed our 14 day stay at this beautiful rental. The home is just as the pictures show. Everything that one needs for a perfect vacation has been supplied by the home owner. Towelā€™s supplied was generous for all bathrooms and pool use. Beautifully decorated in a resort theme. Did have a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by Chris the property manager who responded without delay, the best manager we have ever dealt with. Location is outstanding in one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhoods. The view of the lake from the pool area was spectacular. We will definitely be looking to return to this rental again

Wonderful Adult Vacay

Only complaints are the spa could be warmer, the bedroom fans/lights kept coming on randomly, and there was a small ant problem in the kitchen. Property management did have pest control out very quickly though. Everything else was great!! Very clean and spacious house, beds were surprisingly super comfortable, pool view was fantastic, nice well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and pool accessories, check in/out was super easy, and internet/cable worked well.

30th anniversary, Graduation, family vacation

We are a family from Idaho and we rented this house for high school graduation, our 30th anniversary, and family vacation for 6 people. The house was awesome, the pictures did not do it justice! It was beautiful, right on the water. We not only saw manatees but we saw dolphins. Check in process was very easy, the property manager was easy to reach. We had detailed instructions about property before we arrived. The pool/hot tub was wonderful. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet on a dead end street. It was centrally located to restaurants and beaches. The house had everything we needed... coolers, umbrellas, beach bags, beach towels, boogie boards and many other things. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely rent it again in the future. I can't say enough great things about this house!

Vacation with friends

This place was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with our friends! Our teenagers loved the pool! We enjoyed some fishing in the lake. The location was great as well. We did have a small problem with ants in the kitchen that caused us to have to throw out some food. When we contacted the property manager he basically said to see if there were some ant traps under the kitchen sink. He didn't seemed to concerned. We ended buying some ant traps our selves. I would have thought he would have someone come and spray or something. Overall it was still a great week and if we were staying in this area again I would stay here again.

A Little Taste of Paradise

Our Villa on the eight Lakes was a beautiful property. It was very bright and cheerful with spectacular views of the lake. The environment was peaceful, comfortable and very relaxing ā€“ just what we were looking for in a vacation get-a-way. The house was well-stocked with any supplies you would need. The website pictures were accurate: the house was open and spacious so you never felt crowded. The one negative involved the pool/spa as previously reported. There is a mechanical issue that prevents the proper heating of the pool/spa to an optimal temperature. If you use the pool/spa often, be aware that the cost of electricity just to bring the temperature to ā€œluke warmā€ could take you over the daily maximum usage allowed and really should be waived until the equipment can be fixed. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would seriously consider visiting again.

Relaxing 4th of July

Great place. Pictures are very accurate. Pool @ 83 degrees @ arrival was cold when air temp is 92 degrees. Hot tub is kinda useless as it stays maybe 2-3 degrees higher than pool with your pool heater on. There is plenty of reading material IF*** you can read German including the house instructions binder in German. No English instructions at residence. Even the trash instructions were in German! Later in the stay i found English trash instructions in garage. After I missed the trash pick up day. Some detailed English instructions binder would go a long way. Maybe some light switch labeling also. Only thing that I found not clean was the grill which is hilarious since they charge $45 for grill cleaning per the contract. If you are gonna charge for cleaning, maybe you should check that it is clean, FYI!!!! I had no complaints about beds. Kitchen is well stocked. Never ran out of hot water for showers with 7 guests. Last full day the AC was struggling, but it was 94/95 outside. It cooled back down before bed. Views are great. Saw dolphins in canals every single day. Halfway through our stay, tropical storm/Hurricane Elsa came roaring through. The house fared well and electric stayed running. Bummed that 2 days were rainy/windy/cloudy. Canā€™t help weather though. Cape Coral was like a war zone on 4th of July evening. It was awesome! Fireworks everywhere. Very friendly neighbors. House next door is under construction so the the noise was kinda annoying. I would definitely come back since I know the house now. Thanks for letting us enjoy this property!

Super Ferienhaus, hier lƤsst wirklich nichts zu wĆ¼nschen Ć¼brig. Bestens ausgestattet.. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen.. Leider fehlt eine Bootssteg, um ein Boot sicher zu befestigen. Unser Bootsvermieter hatte sich das vorher angeschaut, wir durften unser gemietetes Boot dann auf einem anderen GrundstĆ¼ck festmachen šŸ˜Š

Schƶnes Haus in toller Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist wie erwartet fantastisch. Der weite Blick von der Terrasse Ć¼ber den Pool hinweg unter den schƶnen Palmen hindurch auf den See ist grandios. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schƶn und groƟ. Das Haus hat fĆ¼r uns (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 14J, 12J, 1J) sehr viel Platz geboten und war gut eingerichtet. Lediglich die KĆ¼chenausstattung (Geschirr, GlƤser, Besteck, Pfannen) war leider qualitativ minderwertig - aber damit kann man auskommen. Der Grill ist sehr groƟ und klasse um Steaks, Burger, ... zu grillen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas rustikaler als erwartet und leider waren auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten defekt (GaragentĆ¼rƶffner, Poollicht, Lampen im Schlafzimmer) aber das war's auch. Leider gibt es kein Bootsdock - ein Boot kann aber an der Quaimauer vertƤut werden. Sowohl Vermieterin als auch der Mann vor Ort waren sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wĆ¼rden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Traumhaftes Haus in super Lage

Wir waren mit Freunden und Familie und haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Super netter Kontakt, einfacher Check-In. Fast noch schƶner als auf den Bildern. Auch wenn wir es nicht so genutzt haben, aber wer mƶchte hat sogar das komplette deutsche TV-Programm. WĆ¼rden jederzeit wiederkommen! Alles einfach nur zum WohlfĆ¼hlen. Danke auch an Chris, der immer sofort erreichbar war.
