At approximately 700 square feet, the space is ideal for couples or small families seeking a peaceful beach getaway. Best suited for up to 4 adults or 2 adults with children.

A full-size stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway near the bathroom.

Outdoor Space
Step outside to a private patio with seating for four — a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening coastal air.

Guests have access to the community pool, BBQ grills, and picnic tables.

Safety & Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge the presence of stairs and a community swimming pool. By booking, guests accept all risks associated with use of these features.

Spring Break Policy

The primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Violations will result in removal without refund.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire townhome, excluding a locked owner’s closet. The private beach access gate code will be provided prior to arrival.
Due to the size of the home and HOA regulations, we recommend no more than 4 adults.

Maximum of 6 guests. Exceeding this limit results in removal without refund.

No early check-in or late check-out. Late departure fees apply.
•Pool Use
Use at your own risk. Hosts are not responsible for injuries.

•No Refunds
No refunds for weather, power outages, or other uncontrollable events.
