Totally Renovated!!! Everything new!!!

Come and enjoy our totally renovated condo overlooking the 14th fairway and Stewart Lake in Seascape Resort. Seascape Resort sits on Destin's eastern edge and provides visitors with a relaxing escape, yet comfortable atmosphere. There's 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach, 300 acres of lush greens and tranquil lakes, on-site golf, tennis, basketball, 5 swimming pools, bike rentals, and water sports.

Our spacious, nicely decorated, light-filled (and smoke free) unit is one of four in the building and is located on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in our condo. The master has a king bed with its own private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a set of sturdy, pine bunk beds and a twin bed. The couch in the living room has a queen memory foam mattress that can accommodate two people comfortably. In all, our condo can accommodate 7 people. For your convenience, there is a full size washing machine and dryer located inside the condo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials plus more. There is seating for 6 at the kitchen table. There is also a bonus nook attached to the kitchen that can be used for additional seating or as desk space.

There are 3 flat screen, Samsung TVs (55", 42", 32") in the condo plus a DVD player. Free wireless Internet is also provided.

The emerald waters and sugar sands of Miramar Beach are just a short walk around Stewart Lake. Seascape has private beach access with chair and beach rentals available. Private parking right next to the beach is available for guests who prefer to drive.

Nearby attractions include shopping at the Silver Sands outlet Mall, shopping and dining at Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin, deep-sea fishing, water parks, miniature golf, and a great variety of dining options. The neighboring beachside communities of 30A (Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, and Blue Mountain) are just a short drive away.

Nice place. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. There were some little things that need ti be addressed. 1 toilet didn't work well. Sheets looked old (but clean). Parking lot near beach was nice. Didnt use other amenities.

Beautiful condo!

The property was beautiful with a beautiful view of the golf course and a cute little pond. The property was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The property manager was available for any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!!!

Very nice condo at Seascape

The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There were also TVs in each bedroom and a nice large tv in the family room. The location was perfect. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool is basically just out the back door. It’s also very close to good restaurants and a Winn Dixie grocery store. We would love to go back here.

Misrepresented and terrible communication

I’ve used VRBO many times and haven’t ever needed to leave a poor review. I honestly do not know how there are so many good reviews. My first warning should have been the very delayed response to messages ( days). After checking in, there was not a binder of info about the property or area like there has been at every other VRBO we have stayed in. We then spent a lot of time driving around the property trying to locate the heated pool and the hot tub since there wasn’t any info available to tell us where to go. We specifically chose this place even though it was 400 higher than the other place we considered, because the listing stated there was a heated pool AND a hot tub. This was important to us because we were traveling in April. We for sure wanted a hot tub knowing that it could be cool at times. It was a very disappointing discovery that a hot tub did not exist. This was a top priority for our kids. When I messaged the host, she offered us a refund if we wanted to pack up and find another place to stay. I spent hours researching out a place for us to stay prior to booking that met our wishlist. We spent more than we wanted to ensure we had the things we wanted. If you have ever packed a family of 5, drove all night, then unloaded the car, you would agree that spending valuable time searching out another place AND then need to repack and then unpack was not a reasonable option. We are incredibly disappointed with this host.

Great stay for a golf and beach vacation

Long drive from Orland but worth it if you want to golf and enjoy the beach. Awesome, cosy, clean and fully equipped appartement in an building of 4 At walking distance to the beach and with free access to 5 swimming pools on the property

Fun for a family of six!

Our family of 6 enjoyed a fantastic weeklong stay. Robin made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We definitely enjoyed our coffee and the early morning view from the patio as it overlooked the golf course and a small pond. We chose to walk to the beach, which was only about a 10-12min walk, (with full beach gear). The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and dinners! Bedrooms and closers were sized appropriately and all of the beds were comfy. One of the 5 resort pools was located within about 100 yards of the condo which was very convenient! Overall this unit was just right for us, and we felt that the resort was quiet, safe, and conveniently located in town for our needs.

Great Destin Getaway Spot

This is our 2nd time staying in Seascape. We love the community feel, the multiple pools, pickleball courts & easy beach access. We love the convenience to multiple dining & shopping options close by as well. 16B is a property we will defining is it again in the future. The interior has been completely updated, the beds are comfortable & having access to a washer & dryer was such a treat! Robin is an excellent hostess with clear communication for check in/out procedures. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful host! Great condo!

We had a great stay at the golf villas. Robins condo is well put together and most importantly clean. We had a couple of small hiccups the first day and Robin worked really hard to ensure everything was resolved promptly and effectively.

We are a family of educators and coaches from Louisiana. We have invested in the Smoky Mountains (Pigeon Forge, 2012) and now the Emerald Coast (Destin, 2014). We enjoy sharing our two pieces of paradise with our friends and family and making memories with our three children.
Mimi (my mom), my husband, and I purchased this unit in the Fall of 2014. That is when our adventure started. We gutted it and started with a clean slate. It was a labor of love but also a dream of Mimi and myself to have a little piece of paradise at the beach. We hope that you enjoy our "escape to serenity" and come back to visit our piece of paradise.

We chose Seascape because it has the most to offer for our family. We are a very active family that likes to do many different things and this resort can accommodate all ages and a variety of activities.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love to sit on the porch and watch the people walk by and listen to the birds sing their melodies as the gulf breeze blows by. We also love the tranquil setting of the resort.
