Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the interior of the home, the outdoor patio area, and outdoor areas. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Parking is available on both side driveways. Please no parking in the road or grass, designated drive way space only.

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property
