Your home away from home in Phoenix with 3 bedrooms. This terrific house features a primary bedroom with king bed, secondary bedroom with queen bed, and tertiary bedroom with a bunk bed (lower queen and upper twin bed, perfect for families or small groups. Guests enjoy three bathrooms, Primary and hallway guest baths each equipped with a shower and bidet for added comfort, second hallway bathroom offers a shower/tub combo third full bath with shower and private toilet including laundry facilities is great for the kids and bathing your furry family members.
The spacious living room offers two expanded backrest sofa seating, smart TV and AV surround sound system creating a superb spot to relax or gather. With comfort controlled air conditioning and heating, the environment stays enjoyable no matter the season.
Hot tub is set to 101F, pool is not heated diving pool (no diving board).
The rear patio, accessible from the living room sliding glass doors offers dining, seating, sectional sofa with smart tv and ceiling heaters and ceiling fans for your comfort. A Ping pong table is available and will require moving some workout equipment to accommodate (host can assist in modifying the space for your needs).
The rear patio also provides a barbecue, small turf area, 24” temporary fence to the pool and workout equipment (bench, dumbbells and rowing machine with misc resistance bands, jump box and yoga mat.)
The dog run is located on the west side of the property accessible from the primary and 3rd bedroom sliding glass doors with a Large insertable dog door upon request. Seating area offers a propane gas fire pit to enjoy while spending time with your furry family members.
The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with lower queen and upper twin mattress. This room can be modified with two large pet crates upon the lower queen mattress if your request. This bedroom also provides a desk workspace and ergonomic chair with a printer available.
It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.

I have a passion for mid-century modern homes and these homes are set apart from the typical Phoenix tract-homes. The neighborhood of Paradise Gardens is peaceful and safe. There is a slight traffic noise from the AZ51 nearby, but it does make this property accessible to the the ATT Stadium, Sky Harbor Airport within 25 minutes, hiking in the Phoenix mountain range 5-10 minutes and many other main Central Phoenix attractions.

This is an Al Beadle home, built in 1956 in a development with some very amazing properties that are enjoyable to see as you walk through the neighborhood to the nearby Mercury Mine Basin open area grass field (great for soccer or family football games) along with a jogging path and children’s play structure.
The main living, kitchen and dining area is open concept with multiple sliding glass doors to the rear patio and pool area.
I have personally created the rear patio relaxing, workout and gaming space, as well as the dog run that make this space flexible and functional to relax and enjoy family time.
