This Amazing Villa will feel like your own resort with it's wide open floor plan featuring Limestone, travertine and hard wood floors throughout the home. The entry features a beautiful waterfall and the back yard has a spectacular custom pool with Jacuzzi with TV and cable inside the grotto and another flat screen TV which can be viewed from the hot tub. 8ft walls makes this property extremely private. The Master bath features a garden tub along with separate shower and his and hers sinks. Master bedroom features a Cali King bed with 48' flat screen TV and walk in closet. Living room features a 65' flat-screen curved 3D TV with Bose surround sound. Guest bedroom features a queen 4 seasons pillow top mattress & guest bathroom. Kitchen includes refrigerator, Oven, stove, microwave, coffee & espresso maker, blender, Pots, pans & all plates & silver wear. The property also has a community courtyard in front of the home that guests will have access to. The property also has 2 parking spaces. It has everything you need to feel at home away from home!

Great location

Loved the location of this open plan home. The owner could not have been more helpful resolving the few issues which arose over the course of our 3 month stay.

Great Location & Gorgeous Pool and Spa

This property is comfortable and relatively clean. The pros are the location—right in the heart of Paradise Valley, close to trails, dog parks, and other amenities. The owner is super on top of things and will answer any questions and handle your problems. The cons are that the front lights are dim (hard to see key panel), there was no owner's manual for operating the hot tub, no garage use, it felt like it needed a deeper cleaning, and there was no welcome message or key to walk our dog. With a few tweaks, this could be a 5-star location. Overall we rated this hide-away a 3+ for the location and the beautiful pool and spa.

Great House and great location!

We stayed at the property during our short business trip. We really enjoyed the place. Check-in was easy, owner explained everything over the phone and we could arrive without specifying the time (which was very convenient because we drove to AZ) The house has great master bedroom and very spacious master bathroom. Comfortable mattress. The kitchen is new and very functional. We loved the pool and the terrace! Also the location is very convenient, close to grocery stores and restaurants.

A month at Montecito Court

We adjusted to our surroundings and focused on the good points: loved the Pool, proximity to Frys grocery, Trader Joe’s and Starbucks, comfortable beds and nice kitchen. The owner was pleasant and helpful but all was over the phone. The property was in bad need of maintenance and was expensive. They had replaced the gate lock so the old key didn’t work and we couldn’t walk out of the property except by driving out. All in all we had a good time but the property needs some attention.

Due to COVID we have contactless check- in policy. We are very sorry to hear that the gate key didn’t work. if we knew there is no new key at the house, we would provide it as soon as possible.

Great, spacious place with wonderful swimming pool

Great place. We loved the terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Everything was as we hoped for.

Old, dated and dirty

The bed and towels were stained and dirty, which I had to wash as soon as we arrived. We paid to have the pool and jacuzzi heated but a, they didn't work properly and b, you could only have one heated at a time....the pool guy eventually fixed the heater and pump on Wednesday afternoon, so we had 1 and 1/2 days of a warm jacuzzi as the pool would have taken days to heat. The owner Alan refunded the cost of heating the pool and spa and thought that made things ok, but it spoilt our holiday as the water was way too cold to swim in. My husband got up one night to use the bathroom and was greeted with a huge cockroach walking up the shower door....really need I say more!!! The whole place was tired and needed updating badly, the bed linen was disgusting and even after boiling it and the towels they were still horrible, worn towels, no elastic in the fitted bottom sheet so it rode up all night, the air conditioning didn't work, the BBQ outside looked as though it had been there unused for at least 5 years, the outdoor heater didn't work, nor did the Bose stereo system! I have video and photographs of all of these things and would be happy to supply them if the owner wants to question the validity of my review!! The whole place needs serious attention and he should not be allowed to rent this place again to us poor unsuspecting visitors, who trust these people until he does!

In the even that the pool is being heated (usually around 82 degrees), then the jacuzzi must be switched to spa mode when used because they flow into each other. This takes about 30-1hr to get the spa back up to 101+. The tenant manually changed pool on the control panel instead of using the remote provided and they made an error with the settings. We had someone out the next day to resolve the problem. There are no issues with air conditioning. BBQ was replaced. The house has been updated constantly and maintained in great condition. As for the cleaning, the house is professionally cleaned prior to every new tenant. Sheets and linens are replaced every year for the winter clients. The house taken care of like a 5 start hotel. We can arrange weekly cleaning if needed.

Great time

Very comfortable place ,well maintained . Pool and hot tub were great. Close enough to get to any thing you want within 25 min. Nice secure setting. Would recommend to family and friends. Definitely will book again.

Perfect Home for a Relaxing Vacation!

This home was exactly what we wanted for our weekend get-away. The house was incredible, we really enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi, the furniture was modern and very comfortable, and we would highly recommend it. Also, Julita was a great host, easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any needs we had. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend!!
