After you have parked your vehicles in the private parking spaces and the children can jump on the lawn, you enter the house through the entrance hallway, from which the stairs lead to the upper floor and the utility room is accessible. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a walk-in shower room and the living room with open-plan kitchen. In front of this is the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. On the upper floor there is a further shower room, two bedrooms and a living room with an additional double bed, as well as a balcony with a view of the Salzhaff.



Boiensdorf is a tranquil village located directly on the beautiful Salzhaff between the Hanseatic town of Wismar and Rerik. The unspoilt beach in Boiensdorf is approx. 1500 m away. It offers bathing facilities, a playground, a kitesurfing school and a snack bar. The fine sandy beaches on the island of Poel and in the spa town of Rerik with its pier are about 15 km away for great bathing experiences. Thanks to good connections to the A20 and A14 motorways, you can quickly reach Rostock (Warnemünde with its beach and cruise port, zoo) or Schwerin (with its old town, castle and zoo). In the neighbouring village of Stove, there is an agricultural museum where stone-baked bread and cakes are baked during the holiday season. Wismar attracts visitors with its old town, harbour and numerous tourist attractions, as well as the Wonnemar adventure pool, which is open 365 days a year, and the Mumpitz indoor playground. A section of the European cycle route, the Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Route (EV10/D-Route 2), runs right past the holiday home area.
