Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.

Midtown is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots in the area.
We wanted to provide parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need parking, so we've purchased a gated parking space in the lot across the street from the building, and rent the space for $15/night as a convenient add-on option for those who need it. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and include all local and state taxes, so the rate you see is the rate you pay! We offer huge discounts for guests staying longer than a week –35% off stays 7+ nights, 65% off stays 28+ nights.

☆Rental Policy☆
Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $395, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

●Access easy to follow photo check-in and check-out instructions
●Access guidebooks with FAQs about the property
●Purchase optional add-on services
Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:
1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services
2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check
3. Sign rental agreement
4. Provide credit card for incidentals
5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)
Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.
☆Cancellations+Alterations☆
Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The location was good for our plans with downtown close and the Forest Park area a short drive away. There were two really good restaurants here we ate very close to the rental. The Biscuit Joint and Kain Tayo Filipino both very casual but great food. The Biscuit Joint also has a restaurant called Scouts which we didn't have a chance to try. Brandon was very organized and helpful. He had detailed instructions with photos for check in and out. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay. Space was clean and well kept. Check in and check out process was very smooth and easy. And to add the Host Brandon was great as well. Good communication and answer every question I had . 10/10 highly recommended. I will be booking again !

1st time using vrbo.. The place was immaculate, welcoming and spacious. check in was easy, our host gave us clear instructions, 15 for secured overnight parking was fantastic. Didn’t get to see or use the rooftop pool. Great place to stay for a family of 5. Walking distance to the Enterprise Center and Union Station. Definitely stay there again. Perfect!!

The room was clean and the area was spacious. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable, the sofa bed was typical for a sofa bed. Detailed check-in instructions were emailed prior to stay, I suggest doing screenshots beforehand while you still have service, we couldn’t pull up the instructions while in the lobby. It’s a non-smoking building, but our floor’s common area frequently smelled like marijuana. The windows in the apartment are beautiful, but the only view is of a brick wall from the next door building, which is so tall you can see nothing else. Overall, it served our needs as we didn’t spend much time in the apartment.

The perfect location for a downtown St. Louis getaway! Very clean, safe, close to so many things to do, and the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to the area. We had the best time and hope to visit again in the near future!

We were looking for a place that was within walking distance to the Stadium. We also wanted something more than a hotel room, as we were visiting St. Louis for multiple days. We hit the jackpot with The Paragon! The price was very reasonable. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the apartment was very well maintained.

The apartment was really nice and in a great area. The neighborhood seemed very mellow while being close to lots of great things. There’s multiple restaurants and coffee shops super close and we walked to the city museum in 15-20 mins. The apartment was clean and had everything we could need and the building was really nice.
