Summary:

As a fellow traveler, if you are looking for a positive, peaceful and fun experience, then my home is for you! With 3 BR and 3 BA, additional full/twin bunk beds, full kitchen, laundry, & zen reading/yoga space, & workspace options ... there's plenty of room for your friends and family! It’s a perfect get-away! My goal is to explore the world and to share my home with others who wish to feel at home while traveling! Bachelorette groups are welcome!

The Space:

This is a 3 BD/3BA home in beautiful East Nashville! There are 3 bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Queens ... and for groups of 7-9, a full/twin bunkbed and couch if needed.



Master A is located upstairs front of house and it features: king-sized platform bed brand new memory foam mattress. There are many windows to shower you with sunlight or you can close all of the curtains and sleep in. Your private bathroom features a spacious walk-in tile double-headed shower ... yes it does! Please feel free to use the open cabinet and all of the drawers for your belongings. Hair dryer is provided. Step outside your room onto your private balcony and enjoy the neighborhood. There is a TV in your room with access to Netflix/Hulu/Prime. Massive closet spaces for all of your luggage and hangers for your clothing.



The upstairs Master B features a Queen Temperpedic Bed. This room has a TV. Also includes a private bathroom with deep soaking tub and shower combo. To accommodate additional people over 6 - this room also has a full/twin combo bunk bed with memory foam mattresses. *200 lbs on top / 350 lbs on bottom per manufacturer restrictions.



The 3rd bedroom is downstairs - Features a Queen bed with memory foam mattress. French doors with curtain you can close for privacy from your other guests. This room has a large closet. There is a bathroom right across the hall with deep tub and shower combo and cabinet space and shelves for your belongings. This room also features a desk and chair - my favorite workspace.



Open concept Living, Dining and Kitchen - I love this space. It's decorated with art from friends of mine, West Elm and World Market furniture and decor. It has a rustic minimalist vibe. The living room TV has Roku, Netflix, Hulu and Prime. There is a great selection of books, games and cards on the shelf downstairs that you are more than welcome to use during your stay! BONUS! I have a karaoke machine with 2 mics you can sing your heart out with your friends!



Laundry - washer and dryer are located upstairs, includes a drying rack and iron for your use.



I am doing a little bit of redecorating to refresh paint, curtains and rugs in Feb so you’ll see some new photos go up early March 2025. ☺️



Guest Access:

Mi casa es su casa!! When i am out of town it’s your home too. I want you to feel at home as you are so welcome to kick back and relax. You have full access to the entire home with a few locked closets we use for storage of my things. Full kitchen access - gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and tons of cabinet space. Wifi and Amazon Firestick/Netflix available. The upstairs balcony and front porch are excellent spots for your morning coffee/evening drink. The only thing I ask is that you leave it the way you found it :) As I live there when you do not. Please place all of your used towels in the laundry room.



PARKING INFORMATION:

PARKING IS ONLY THE ARC DRIVE IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. It fits 2 small cars or small SUVs very tightly. Free street parking is also available. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN OR BLOCK THE BACK NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAY.



The Neighborhood:

East Nashville is definitely the coolest neighborhood in Nashville! Great people, great food, great bars, and great parks. My street is especially great as most of the people living on it are young professionals/artistic people/etc.



NOTE TO GUESTS - There is construction on a house next door that should be done this mont, so I am suggesting to my guests to run the box fans in the rooms at night so in the morning it will help create white noise for a restful sleep.



A couple of my favorite spots are:

Burgers - The Pharmacy (great burgers, fountain drinks & shakes, and great beer on tap)

Pasta - Nicoletto's - this you can actually walk to it's so close. It's a fresh pasta shop and it's open late night as well.

Pizza - 5 Points Pizza (you can grab a whole pie or a even a late night slice)

Lockland Table - WONDERFUL east side sit down resturant (on the nicer side but not ridiculous prices)

Marche - BEST brunch!! it's worth the wait

Coffee - Barista Parlor - this also takes a few to get your coffee but its delicious!



East Nashville Bars

The Crying Wolf - this is my favorite - mostly locals hang out here - def go and have an amazing drink

308 - also another of my favorite spots with amazing cocktails and a local vibe

Red Door East - smoky local bar - look in the hole in the floor, you'll see why



Getting Around:

Getting around is quite easy - If you don't have a car, Uber and Lyft are the way to go! The location is fantastic as it is just a short distance from all the Nashville sites: 5 min ride to 5-points area with great local bars and restaurants, 10 min ride to downtown area, 15 min ride to Midtown. There are also great options in walking distance - Nicoletta's Italian Kitchen and Las Maracas are right at the end of the street, as well as a great local dive bar - Mickey's. If you're a member of the YMCA, it's also located at the end of the street. Note: our YMCA also has an indoor and outdoor pool. (I have lived in Nashville for 18 years so I will have great recommendations - Anything you need, just ask and I will try my best to help you out!



Other Things to Note:

BACHELORETTE GROUPS ARE WELCOME!

I love love! ❤️ I have some bachelorette card games and even a karaoke machine ☺️



There are a few rules you should note before booking:

- No glitter or confetti

-No pinning, tacking or taping anything to anything - this is important as it destroys my paint and this is my home. I have a cork board in the kitchen you are welcome to use.

Glitter or confetti will be an additional $250 cleaning fee on top of the $120 as it is very hard and time consuming to clean. Taping things to the wall has caused a lot of damage so that’s why i want you all to know upfront since this is my actual home and appreciate the understanding 🫶

- No alcohol under 21, and no drugs permitted.

- No parties are allowed at my house including people not staying at the house are not allowed in the house ever. This is a liability issue. If violation occurs you will immediately forfeit your security deposit.



Interaction with Guests:

This is YOUR trip so I want you to have the experience that you desire. I am always available via the app or phone, and my co-host Karina will be available should you need anything or have any issues. My neighbors are my friends so you are on a great street.
