The Space:

The Marina View Suite offers a bright, open space with 2 queen beds, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a well-equipped kitchenette for light cooking. Guests enjoy access to Puerta Cortés’ exclusive beach clubs, Vistamar’s private pool and gym, and scenic marina views. Housekeeping and concierge services are available to make your stay effortless, from arranging activities to keeping the suite spotless.



Guest Access:

As a guest at the Marina View Suite, you’ll enjoy full access to the private amenities of the Vistamar community, including its ocean-view pool, sundeck, and gym. You’ll also have access to the Puerta Cortés Resort complex, featuring two exclusive beach clubs with pools, oceanfront lounges, and restaurants, a championship golf course, marina, spa, and scenic walking paths. These spaces are shared with other resort guests and residents, creating a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere.



DISCLAIMER:

Starting November 1st 2025, the Blue Cortés Beach Club, located inside the Puerta Cortés Resort, will implement a new policy requiring a minimum consumption of $800 MXN per person to use the facilities.



This minimum consumption also applies to children over 12 years old.

Other Things to Note:

The Marina View Suite is just a short walk from the resort’s private beaches, where you can enjoy calm turquoise waters and oceanfront lounges. Tennis courts are available within the Puerta Cortés complex for guests who wish to play. Please note that all guests must follow the house rules and the resort’s guidelines, including pool hours, appropriate attire at beach clubs, and respecting the privacy and comfort of other residents and visitors. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests can easily reach the Marina View Suite at Vistamar, Puerta Cortés Resort by flying into La Paz International Airport (35 minutes away) or Los Cabos International Airport (about 2 hours and 15 minutes by car). The Nautilus Baja Properties team will be in touch before arrival to coordinate check-in and offer concierge services, including airport transfers, grocery pre-stocking, housekeeping, private chef experiences, and tour arrangements—ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.
