Detached house with 220 square meters of living space spread over three floors,
all rooms are bright with floor-to-ceiling patio doors,
quiet 550-square-meter lot with mature trees,
four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one has a single bed
two patios facing west and east,
two bathrooms (one of which is 18 square meters with a rain shower), guest restroom,
spacious kitchen and dining area (38 square meters) with direct access to the garden,
large outdoor terrace with a grill area and a covered lounge bed—simply beautiful.

An ideal location for quickly reaching downtown or many of Munich’s attractions via public transportation: You can reach the S-Bahn and various bus lines in 3 minutes and get to Marienplatz, the main train station, or Nymphenburg Palace in less than a quarter of an hour. (Add 5 minutes and you’ll be right in front of Munich’s best ice cream parlor...)
The Botanical Garden, Nymphenburg Park, or even a traditional Munich beer garden are just a very short walk away from our house.

Very close by, you’ll find Langwieder See, Lußsee, and Birkensee, all featuring swimming beaches and Bavarian beer gardens.
