First floor: laundry/utility room, half bath, pantry leading to open gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, doors to open sun deck and separate covered porch. Second floor: master suite with king bed private bath with oversized soaking tub, oversized shower, and open deck, double bedroom, queen bedroom, full bath. Master and queen bedroom have views of the ocean and the moors. Second floor over the garage: attached fourth bedroom with king and a single bed, this room has a TV and VCR. Central a/c. House is in a private and secluded area. There is no phone on the property. Great views of the ocean and the moors. $250.00 exit cleaning fee to be deducted from the security deposit. Two week minimum rental term in July & August.

Madequecham is one of the more remote areas of Nantucket, and consists of just a few roads surrounded by conservation land and the ocean. The airport lies to the west and Tom Nevers to the east. Look no further for an unspoiled and remote beach off the beaten path. As is common on the south shore, the waves can be great for surfing and at low tide, waist-high waters can be the perfect place for passing a football with friends and family. Homes in Madequecham are spacious both inside and out, many with views of both the sunrise and sunset. Enjoy summer cookouts and time spent with large families, wedding parties, or weekend getaways with a group.
