6 bedrooms/3 full baths - sleeps 12. Convenient location: 2-minute walk to RTA shuttle stop. Bike or jog to town or beach via bike path across the street.
Main level: kitchen (completely renovated in 2022 with new appliances), dining area with seating for 10 -12) and living room with stone fireplace and a cozy window seat. Decorated with original artwork. Also, 2 cathedral ceiling bedrooms, one w/queen bed, and one w/full-size bed, shared a full bath (renovated in 2023) as well as laundry area. 2nd Floor: Master bedroom w/ cathedral ceiling, queen-size bed, full bathroom and another bedroom with queen size bed with reading area. Lower Level: 2 bedrooms- each w/2 twins, separate living room with sofa & wet bar and a second washer and dryer. Full bath. Outdoor patio with gas grill, a second outdoor seating area, great for morning, coffee, an shower, and ample parking for 2 cars Comfortable house for entertaining a large group.

Bright and cheery lower level entertainment/ game room with TV, wet bar, refrigerator, and sofa plus two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds that share a full bathroom. Both bedrooms newly carpeted. All bedrooms have window unit air conditioners for comfortable sleeping.

Outdoor patio with teak table and chairs, gas grill and outdoor shower. Ample parking. Shuttle & bike path nearby. A convenient location close to both town and beaches, restaurants and shopping.

New maple hardwood floors and furniture on the main level. Window seat with daybed. A comfortable home.

New carpeting in upstairs queen bedroom. Beautiful artwork throughout.

Beautiful home!! Highly recommend Janet’s home!! Great location for beaches and town. Spaces inside and out were all very clean and beautifully maintained. Janet was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone really enjoyed our visit!

Amazing stay!

Janet’s home was perfect for a group of 12 girls, we had the best time! The location is perfect - close bike/car ride to the beach and town, and a quick walk to a a bike rental shop, juice bar, and wine store. We loved the outdoor area, and will definitely be bACK!

Great stay and location!

This was a great home with plenty of room and space for the number of guests! It has a great outdoor space and is easy to commute into town and to the beaches! The owners were easy to work with and very responsive regarding the check-in/check-out process and any questions we had! Definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Nantucket!

Wonderful location for a Family Affair

Our family stayed here to celebrate our parents' 40th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect place to stay for all ages. The house offers multiple areas for people to spend time (either together/or separate) inside or outside the house. It was exactly as described and Janet was an exceptional host; always available to answer any random questions we had.

Perfect House

This house is in a very convenient location on Surfside Rd. Owners were extremely kind and welcoming to our group. Perfect house for families. Great yard. Comfortable rooms and large kitchen. Had an amazing weekend!

Overall we had a nice time. Janet was a very communicative host and easy to reach when we had a minor maintenance issue and to accommodate a few special requests. The house is in a central part of the island and is quick to great beaches and town. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook most of our meals at the house. The property is on the older side and some spaces would definitely benefit from a few updates, especially the upstairs bathroom. A few of the appliances were also old and dirty and could use replacement. Overall though nothing was a deal breaker and our family had a good stay.

I wish you had reached out and told me about the appliances while you were there, my cleaner would've gone over to address the issue. The appliances are all fairly new. The refrigerator and range only three years old. We do have on our agenda to we do the upstairs bath in the near future. The downstairs bath was completely renovated last year. Thank you for the input. I will definitely have my cleaner take a closer look at the appliances.

So glad to hear you had an overall good stay. I’m sorry to hear that we did not find a wine opener, iron or hairdryer. We had just used the house over Labor Day day and they were multiple wine if and an iron in the upstairs master bedroom closet. (I bought a new blow dryer today.) Having said that things can get lost or miss placed over the season I wish you had brought it to my attention because I had extras next-door that I would’ve happily sent over. I thank you for coming and bringing that to my attention.

Great property and great owners

Our group had a great experience staying at this property and we would highly recommend this house for a family or for a group of friends. This is a great beach house and is close to both the beach and the town. The house was fully stocked with towels, chairs, coolers and lots of other beach accessories. The house is accurately represented in the photos and has the capacity to hold a large group of about 12 people. In addition the owners of the home are great people. We got stuck on island due to a hurricane and they allowed us to stay in the home an extra night, free of charge. Overall this is a great property and is definitely a good choice for a rental on Nantucket.

Wonderful hosts!

We had a big week-long family reunion on Nantucket, with our group staying at Janet and Tony's place. Janet is an excellent, responsive communicator who made booking, planning and our stay very easy. Lovely people, glad we got to meet them in person. The home's location is walking or biking distance to multiple beaches, including our family's favorite, Surfside. We also biked to Bartlett's Farm, Cisco Brewery, the Stop & Shop and town easily. Bike rentals and a delicious cafe, Yummy, are a couple "blocks" away, which was very convenient. The house is right on a main bike path. Overall a casual, roomy home with a BBQ-friendly yard, topnotch hosts and easy access to Nantucket's activities and attractions.

Adorable and Central, Perfect Nantucket Getaway

We had a fantastic week on Nantucket at Tony's and Janet's place! With seven adults, two children, and our five-year-old lab mix, we were worried that it would be a tight fit, but the house is very accommodating for a large group - especially great having two large dining areas (inside and outside patio). The house has three floors of bedrooms and several bathrooms, including a stand-alone unit downstairs perfect for teenagers or an entire family. My fiance and I were lucky to stay in the master bedroom on the top floor and enjoyed waking up to the beautiful breeze and sunlight. Tony and Janet made sure we had everything we needed and were super responsive. They speedily fixed a washing machine issue. Janet was even inspecting the cleanliness of the house when we arrived very early! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the gas grill is large and new. The outdoor shower is private and heavenly. The house is located on Surfside Road, and while we had multiple cars we biked to the beach and town regularly. If you don't know Nantucket, you WANT to stay in Surfside for your first time - it has two of the best beaches on the island, Surfside and Nobadeer, is very close to Town and all the amazing restaurants and shopping, and close to Cisco Brewery - where you have to visit at least once during your stay. Highly recommend choosing this house for your vacation!

Wonderful reunion!

This was an amazing house. The owner was so accommodating. She went over backwards for us. The house fit it’s all for a wonderful family reunion. Great backyard and patio. Great room to celebrate. Especially my son’s engagement to his fiancé. I wonderful place to stay. And easy to get to town and beaches.

Conveniently located & lovely property!

The home was very nice and conveniently located. There was enough room for all 9 of us, and we didn’t feel over crowded. We enjoyed some drinks and appetizers outside on the patio, which was relaxing. Janet was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay. Would recommend!

Perfect house

This home was perfect in every way. Myself and 11 of my friends stayed here for a long weekend and we had the best time, it fit 12 of us perfectly. GREAT location, close to town, close to beach (walked) and close to Cisco Brewery. Janet was amazing and very accommodating. There are 2 great outdoor seating areas to relax (we loved the grill and large picnic table.) I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much Janet we truly had the best time!

Amazing location and property for a large group

We arrived to a clean house on Thursday afternoon right outside town. Great location where you can walk down to the beach, or walk a few steps towards town before hopping on the shuttle service. We had ample space for 9 with plenty of room to spare. The basement has 2 bedrooms and it's own bath, as well as a common area and private fridge. The yard was great for hanging out during the day before heading in town @ night. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and I would highly recommend staying at 94 Surfside (as long as it's not during the same weekend that I want to stay). Thanks again for a great Memorial Day weekend Anthony & Janet! We hope to see you again next year.

We rented house this past weekend and loved it!

House is beautiful and loved it! Not far from downtown Nantucket for shopping and close to beach. Will definitely rent again. The rooms are beautifully decorated with beautiful art of Nantucket and everything you need is there, dishes, towels, beach chairs, etc. Loved this house!

Great Stay -- Exactly as Advertised

This is a great property in a great location. If you have a car, its about a 3-5 minute drive to surfside beach, and the beach is easily accessible by bike as well. It is also a pretty close drive to bartlett farm/cisco brewery, and town. The 2 beds and 1 bath per floor is a great layout. Yard is great for yard games and a pre-dinner cocktail. Kitchen is fitting for the size of the house and there is a big dining room table where we all had dinner after using the grill on multiple nights. Anthony and Janet are great and very friendly. I think this is a good value at this price point and we all left the week feeling we had done it right. The beach chairs, cooler, beach towels etc were a definite plus as well.

Can't wait to do it again next summer!

Just got back from an incredible long weekend in Nantucket. I went with a bunch of my girlfriends for a college reunion and it was really wonderful. There were 12 of us and the house was absolutely perfect, 2 girls to each room and it worked out nicely. Every level has its own bathroom which was great for a group of girls and there were no issues fighting over whose turn it was to take a shower. All the details of the house are well thought out and the personal touches are fantastic, each room has its own theme and everything was clean and inviting. There are more than enough towels, beach towels, blankets, kitchen equipment, etc for everyone. The kitchen has an island with bar stools which is a great place to congregate when we cooked and made dinner and the dining room table was big enough to seat the 12 of us comfortably. The location was perfect, we were a 3 minute drive from Surfside Beach, straight shot down the road, and we were about 7 minutes away from town and 10 minutes to the airport. Everywhere we went was really convienently located. The house also has 2 parking spots out front. Janet and Tony were very helpful in answering all of our questions about the house as well as things to do in Nantucket and were very easy to deal with. We had such a great time we are trying to go back next summer for a whole week this time!

Adam's Camp Staff housing

Janet and Tony graciously rented their home for our staff's use during Adam's Camp Nantucket. The house was beautiful with ample rooms for the staff (and bathrooms). Nice linens, well-stocked kitchen, excellent set-up for recycling! The location is great and close to Surfside beach without being too close to traffic. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great location for vacationing in Nantucket.

Easy access to almost any part of the island. The Nantucket shuttle has several nearby stops, there is a coffee shop within walking distance. The bike path is across the street. Stop and shop is .75 miles from the house. You can get to the beach or town with ease.
