A perfect spot for morning coffee or midnight dessert. 27 Inch HD flat screen with DVD player and iHome with docking station/charger. A twin can be added to comfortably accommodate 3 in this bedroom. There is an additional charge of $30 to add a twin rollaway bed set up with linens.

Bedroom number 3 has a double bed with it's headboard in an alcove for a cozy feel. It's 4 inch Memory Foam bed faces the sliding glass doors that lead to a patio with a table and chairs. It too has it's own courtyard with a table and chairs.

Please note the pool water may be heated. We recommend heating the pool if you plan on swimming and floating during the months of November through May. Actual gas bill will be charged. At times, the nights can be cool which drops the pool water temp.

You can expect to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time in this residential neighborhood. This is not a "party house." Guests are limited to those stated on the contract. No additional day guests are permitted without prior authorization. Outdoor amplified music, loud voices and noise past the property line are not permitted in the City of Palm Springs. There are city ordinances that all guests are required to comply with.
