Both bedrooms are located on the first floor, offering easy access and a calm, private feel. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, each with soft linens, and its own Roku TV—perfect for winding down after a day exploring Belmont. The primary bedroom is just steps from the updated hall bathroom, while the second bedroom includes a private ensuite bath. A queen size air mattress is on hand to sleep two additional guests.

The home includes 2 full bathrooms. One is an ensuite connected to the second bedroom, while the other is a larger, updated bathroom with marble floors, a stand-up shower, and a built-in Bluetooth sound system. Fresh towels will be provided for your stay.

The newly updated kitchen features stainless steel Samsung appliances, freshly painted cabinets, and everything you need to cook and gather with ease. Enjoy a Keurig coffee maker, French Press, coffee grinder, blender, electric kettle, George Foreman grill, crock pot, and toaster.

The dining area table seats 6 guests and expands to accommodate up to 8.

The entire property (minus the shed at in rear) is available to guests, including its array of amenities.

**There is a shared driveway via an easement. PLEASE be sure NOT to block the neighbor`s driveway with your vehicle(s)**.

On the morning of check-in, you will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time.

We are just a quick message away if you need anything. As 30x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.
-NO SMOKING indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors at the Fire Pit area only. Vaping is permitted OUTDOORS only. **A $500 FINE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE.**
**IMPORTANT: There is a shared driveway via an easement. PLEASE be sure NOT to block the neighbor`s driveway with your vehicle(s)**.
-Sorry, no pets.
-DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING ASIDE FROM TOILET PAPER INTO TOILETS (**EVEN IF THEY SAY SAFE FOR PLUMBING**). ANYTHING ELSE WILL CLOG THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
-**Please do not dispose of grease directly down the kitchen sink drain! That too will damage the system. Please dispose of grease in the garbage can only.**
-MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK.
-Please cover the outdoor BBQ/grill with the cover after use (after allowing it to cool).

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which helps make for a smoother check-in process.**

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for contents and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*

*TRAVEL INSURANCE*: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as weather, illness, or travel interruptions. Cancellations are subject to the policy selected at booking.
