Caribbean Dunes 211/Newly Renovated Condo

Caribbean Dunes 211 is located in the quaint beach neighborhood of Crystal Beach, just 75 yards away from the sugary white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is a second floor unit conveniently located in the pool side building at the top of the stairs closest to the pool. Also nearby are several beachside restaurants including right next door to Camille's Sidewalk Cafe and Coffee Shop.

This unit was the developer's model, loaded with upgrades including pine floors and tiled counter tops along with a gorgeous gulf view balcony.

The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, memory foam mattress and private adjoining full bath. The second floor loft bedroom has two twin beds, pillow top mattresses and private full bath. Both Bedrooms have Large HDTV's and DVD players.

The kitchen is bright and colorful opening up to the living area and view of the gulf. It is stocked with a full compliment of nice appliances to meet any meal time and entertainment activities of your fun filled week.

The two story layout and high living room ceiling, gives a roomy feel and the view from the balcony is a wonderful way to wake up with coffee and end the day with the sounds of the waves. It has as a queen sofa sleeper and glider chair along with a 55" HD TV that brings a clear crisp picture to any shows and sporting events you watch. There is a 55" HD TV in the master bedroom, and a 32" HD TV in the upstairs bedroom.

For our guests safety, a ring camera is installed on the outside of the entrance door.

Destin is 'The World's Luckiest Fishing Village' with your opportunity to catch dinner on one of the many charter fishing boats in the harbor. Also available nearby are boat tours, boat/jet ski rentals, snorkeling, and parasailing.

If golfing is your game, the Destin area has many terrific golf courses nearby with a few of the top ranked courses in Florida just minutes from the condo.

Our condo is the perfect place to create memories with your family, friends and couples that last a lifetime and we look forward to having you as our guests at Caribbean Dunes 211!

A clean tranquil locale

Loved the condo and location. Very clean. Lovely decor. Keurig coffee maker, cleaning supplies, super swanky appliances, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, large microwave. Beds very comfortable. The pool at the Caribbean Dunes is only 5 feet in the middle so the boys wanted a deeper pool and it needed to be cleaned daily. Only down side. The beach was gorgeous and the weather was picture perfect. Lots to do in Destin and great shopping and eateries. Hosts were super responsive.

Great Location

This property was perfect for our family of 3! The short walk to the beach was so nice with a toddler. The unit was so nice, clean, and comfortable with everything we needed! The space on the public beach was very small, but that was the only challenge we had. Getting to the beach early helps a lot!

Family’s first vacation

Our experience could not have been more perfect. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It’s close to the beach which is nice with two small children. The whole process from check in to check out was easy and stress free. Becky was a wonderful host and I hope we get to visit again soon!

Home away from home ❤️

We decided a week ahead of our trip to go to Destin. I found Becky’s place and immediately knew this was the place to stay. The beach is an easy walk and is just gorgeous with crystal water and white fluffy sand! The condo was oh so cozy and was equipped with everything! Becky was a delight to communicate with. I look forward to returning here hopefully this fall! Thank you so much Becky!🥰

Family vacation

I contacted the property owner within days of booking because the loft was very concerning to me. I have an autistic 3.5 year old who would have never been safe sleeping up there. She would not work with me on even a partial refund. My son fell down those steep stairs 4 times. locked himself in the upstairs bathroom and had a complete meltdown because he coul not open it. No wc upstairs. Bed is leaning against loft wall, kid can easily fall. We had to have the kids sleep downstairs for safety reasons, the lady who ai communicated with Becky, kept just repeating “per viber policy” without any regard for her renters safety especially a child. She also had a cleaning fee of $150 Wanted us to clean the whole condo. I will DEFINITELY communicate with a rental owner with questions. Things were off in the condo like the electricity, water, AC. Nothing was communicated with us. I work in sales, and how you treat your customers in this day and age goes a long way. I would have been fine for her to keep half my money for my rental had she been a “understanding human being who can empathize with a worried parent. I do wish them well, we would not stay here again. Also beach availability for public is about 100ft. Everything else is roped off for beachfront hotels.

Happy Getaway!

It brought me so much happiness with the fresh open air, beautiful view, and comfy and cozy. It was excellent in every way from check-in to checkout. Becky was responsive to any request! An updated book on things to do in the area would make it even better!

Would not recommend, beware

Day two at the property after being at the beach all day the owner shows up unannounced. Owner showed up to state there was a complaint regarding noise and excessive sand, keep in mind you are at the beach. We were only in the condo to eat and sleep. If you have small kids on the second floor this is not the place to stay. A month after we have checked in I received an email stating the owner filed a claim regarding damage to her screen door. If you have damage to a screen door over a month ago wouldn’t you need to get that fixed before your next renters checked in? An insurance claim regarding damage to her screen door is 100% false. Renters beware pay the extra money to stay elsewhere! What a nightmare

Cute Condo, Beach across the street

This is a recently renovated, well equipped condo across the street from the beach. This unit is very comfortable and well maintained. One great thing, is they have great window shades to keep that early FL sun out in the mornings. Location close to shops, grocery and restaurants. Becky was a great host!

Fantastic stay!

We loved everything about this place. It's a great location, very close to the beach. The kids loved having their own area upstairs. The balcony was really nice. We made breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen and it had all the essential pans/utensils. We would love to come back!

Destin was a beautiful spot for our spring break. Crystal Beach was amazing with sugar white sand and crystal clear water. The condo had a nice view of the beach from the balcony. It was a short walk to the beach right across the street. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and everything worked very well for our family of 4. I would definitely return.

Beautiful, clean, and well maintained condo. The heated pool and hot tub were in good shape and clean. Becky was a great host and kept in contact in case we had questions or needs. We will definitely be back the next trip to Destin.

We live in a suburb of Atlanta GA and are only the second owners of this unit since the complex was built.
We began visiting Destin 25 years ago, we knew this was the place we would make great memories with our children and now their children.

Caribbean Dunes is an intimate and well kept condominium complex in the wonderful Crystal Beach neighborhood. The low rise structure does not have the inconveniences of elevators and other issues that exist in a high rise condo. With a wonderful pool and hot tub, easy access to the beach and nearby shopping, the location is ideal and so convenient to the many activity choices.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The condo is located in a quaint beach neighborhood with wonderful shopping, dining and amenities nearby. Centrally located between Destin Harbor and Sandestin Baytowne Wharf so both areas can be enjoyed in just minutes. Wonderful walking and bike paths along the beach front. The builder upgrades of the pine flooring, tiled counter tops gives this unit a 'comfy' yet very beachy feel.
