The tower has one of the largest rooftop infinity pools in Mexico, and a second infinity pool on the lower level. Satisfy any craving with an on-site restaurant serving delicious meals all day - and delivering room service. The Restaurant is credit or debit card only.



The Space:

Located on the 3rd floor at one of Puerto Vallarta's most prestigious addresses, this oceanfront retreat will take your breath away. The condo has four private bedrooms and an open-concept floor plan. The living and dining space opens directly onto the large terrace with expansive ocean and pool views. The stunningly decorated space comes with every amenity you would need to relax, work, or spend time together. Enjoy fast Wifi, blackout shades, multiple TVs with Netflix, coffe maker (Nespresso), a fully stocked kitchen, abundant lounging areas, and more. Every detail has been thought out and crafted for the ultimate oceanfront private retreat.

Guest Access:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



A $518 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Maxwell Residences.



Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.



All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. This replaces the previous practice of holding guest IDs at the entrance.



This residence is currently listed for sale; however, all confirmed reservations are guaranteed and will be honored in full, regardless of any change in ownership. If a property showing is required during your stay, it will be scheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to ensure minimal disruption.



CONCIERGE:

The on-site Concierge team is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and can arrange a wide variety of additional services such as airport private transportation, SPA treatments, private Chef experiences (cooking classes, tequila tasting, appetizers, and bartender service), food & drinks fridge pre-stocking, tours and activities, and many more!



RESTAURANTS:

- The 3rd-floor bar opens at 14:00h and dinner service at 18:00h to 21:30h.

- The rooftop terrace Restaurant & Bar is open 08:00h - 18:00h.

- Room Service from 8:00h to 22:00h.



POOLS:

- The 3rd-floor Infinity oceanfront pool and hot tub are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

- The Rooftop terrace Infinity oceanfront pool and hot tub are open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.



FITNESS CENTER:

- Fully equipped, oceanview, open 24/7, no reservation needed.



PARKING:

- One parking spot is available in an underground garage.



BEACH: We are really fortunate to have the beach almost right in front. From Indah tower is 1 block.



The Neighborhood:

This oceanfront condo is located in Conchas Chinas just steps from the beach and minutes away from the culture and action of Zona Romantica.



Getting Around:

You can easily walk to Zona Romantica in 10-15 minutes, or take a 2 minute uber costing only $2. There are two quiet beaches located in front of the condo, and you can walk to Los Muertos Beach in about 5 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

How to get to the beach:

Take the pebbled street outside Indah, then follow it down for about 200mts and turn right. This is a Public Beach.



IMPORTANT House Rules:

- speakers are not allowed at the pool

- strict quiet hours after 11pm

- no music on the balcony any time

- no smoking in building including balconies

- no parties
