Welcome to Altitude Adjustment, a designer-decorated home with great views in the heart of Massanutten, literally walking distance to the slopes. This stylish getaway features a gourmet kitchen, 3 outdoor lounges, 2 fire pits, an Insta-worthy photo wall, a relaxing 6-person hot tub, and our famous custom bunk room with 6 full beds—perfect for the kids. Altitude Adjustment has a fantastic location within Massanutten! We are walking distance to the slopes, about a 1-2 minute drive to the pool and dining at Massanutten, and about a 7 minute drive to the indoor/outdoor Waterpark. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 20 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 25 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 20-25 minutes of the house.

The home layout is as follows:

Main level:

- Living room with large smart TV, electric fireplace, and plenty of seating
- Dining area with table that seats 8
- Fully renovated gourmet kitchen with additional table for 2
- There are 2 decks on this level: the front deck features a gas firepit and views of the mountains. The rear deck features another gas firepit, outdoor dining table for 6, and a gas grill. We provide propane for grill and firepits.
- Just around the side of the house is the hot tub area

Upper level:

- BR1: Primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom
- BR2: Queen bedroom
- BR3: Queen bedroom
- Hallway full bath

Lower level:

- BR4: Bunk room, custom-built with 6 full size beds, plus 2 arcade machines
- Half bath (accessed through bunk room)
- Laundry room with full size washer and dryer

Other things to note:

- Altitude Adjustment is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night).
- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and deck.
- All bedrooms, plus the living room, features a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a $6 per person fee.
- Linens and towels provided
- Pack n play, high chair, and kid dishes/utensils provivded.
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests
enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval
from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is
available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency
conditions, check MassanuttenVillage(dot)com or electronic sign at
entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or
carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
• Dumpsters are located at 4003 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
