This gated beachview villa offers a stunning view of the beach/ocean from both the living room and the master bedroom. The complex offers an 11,000-square-foot, lagoon-style swimming pool plus 10 other smaller pools, some heated. Additionally, there are hot tubs, restaurants, bars, a nine-hole golf course, and much more.

Beach access is convenient, only a short walk across a two-lane street or a free tram ride to the lagoon pool and beach. The unit in on the second floor, parking just outside the front door, this is a VERY convenient unit, very close to one of the pools too. Restaurants, entertainment, liquor store, Convenience store , shopping and bowling alley just outside the security gate. Bay county Pier just 2 blocks from the condo.

Stunnimg view from balcony. Beautiful condo in a community with every amenity you could want. The owner has great communication, provides all needed info, making checking in and using amenities easy. My family has had the privilege of using this condo on two separate occasions years apart. Still as fabulous as the first time.

Family Spring Break

Great location, comfortable, clean, safe. Direct access to a quiet beach, 2 minute walk. Beach view from master and living room. Heated pool right outside. Access to Edgewater resort, approximately 10 minute walk or tram ride available. Nice resort with more pools and hot tubs. Condo area was gated, area was quiet. Communication and check in was excellent. Local stores and ice cream shop in walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

This place is perfect in all ways. It was very clean, close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The communication with the owner was just perfect. He responded quickly to any questions!!! We will definitely book again with him!!!

Great time in PCB!

What a terrific week in PCB! The condo was fantastic -- spacious enough for 4 adults, very clean, beautifully decorated and a perfect location within the resort with a view of the ocean. I especially liked that the master and second bedroom are at opposite ends of the unit for more privacy. Ron the owner was so gracious and easy to get ahold of -- always available for questions. I would definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing, enjoyable stay in PCB!

Very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. Considering we were in the villas, we actually had a good view of the ocean. The property was well maintained and the furnishing well kept. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and entertain. I would rent this property again. We had no issues sleeping in the bed in the Master bedroom. Our sons family did not have any issues with the beds in the second bedroom.

Awesome Experience

I have stayed at the beachfront condos across the road previously but much preferred Ron’s villa. The unit’s location was perfect with easy access to the pool and beach. Parking was a breeze and no elevator wait! The condo was updated and well-furnished. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely return!

Great condo, location and host

This was our second stay at Ron's condo and it was just as great as the first. More than enough space for our family of four, and the location can't be beat. It's across the street from the beach, but the gate to Front Beach is right in front of the condo and you just have to walk from there directly across to a public beach access. To me, it was much more convenient than staying in one of the high rises with multiple floors. Especially when going to the beach with young children and having to walk back and forth multiple times throughout the day. The condo itself is very comfortable and well stocked and the location is a quick drive to both Pier Park and St. Andrews. Ron was very helpful with any questions we had as well. We'll be back next year for sure!

Very nice, clean condo with ocean view!

We stayed here on Spring Break with our teen daughter and her friend. We picked Edgewater because it’s a family friendly resort and we loved that it was a gated community. We felt safe here, and there was plenty of beach space without spring break crowds. The unit was very clean and Ron the owner, was very responsive and helpful. Just short walk across the street to the beach, or you can take the free tram service, or drive over. We didn’t mind any of these. The on site restaurant, Oceans, is a great amenity! We did use the fitness facility- which is an additional cost, but the condo was priced right so we planned on that. Golf, tennis, pickleball, and basketball are also offered. It was a great stat, would recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful vacation home in great location!

This was our family's first visit to Panama City Beach. We are a family of 8 with six children ranging in age from teen to toddler. We had stayed in another area on 30A last year with friends and we were pleasantly surprised by the ease of enjoying the beach here at Edgewater. The beach area was less crowded than we anticipated and not overrun by chair rental companies which was a very pleasant surprise. The resort amenities were a plus, as we were able to utilize the onsite gym for a nominal fee for the week. The largest (unheated, but we were lucky enough to have warm enough weather when we were there for it to feel refreshing most days) pool is oceanside and we loved having the opportunity to go from beach to pool/hot tubs quickly and easily with our large group. Ron was a gracious and communicative host. He has taken great pride and care in his vacation home and we appreciated the opportunity to share it! The home is tucked away from the main part of the neighborhood, which made it a little trickier to find in the dark upon arrival however it's the best location as far as I am concerned as it means almost zero traffic and an ocean view. The unit was very spacious, especially for a two-bedroom. The split floor plan allowed separation between the two-bedroom suites (the secondary suite does have direct access to the main bath). The closets had plenty of space! The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed to make meals daily. We'd love to return!!

Perfect apartment for a perfect holiday

The property was perfect, spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything you need. A perfect home from home. The location was fantastic, just across the road from the beach and the swimming pool was great. It was lovely to sit in the lounge with a coffee watching the spectacular sunsets. Also, a special thanks to Ron for being so accommodating after we had to change our plans at the last minute. Thanks for being easy to contact, quick to respond and so helpful. All in all, a perfect apartment in a great position with a friendly owner. Definite recommendation.

Everything was wonderful!

Ron's condo was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I and are two young kids stayed there and there was more than enough room. The location was so convenient to the beach, and if we didn't want to cross Front Beach, we could drive to the part of Edgewater across the street and park right next to the beach access there. The location was great- Publix was right around the corner and Pier Park was just a few miles. The view was great and the condo itself was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need for our week. It was also by far the best deal I've found for a two bedroom with such convenient beach access. We will definitely be back!

Great place and great location

Ron’s place is wonderful- exactly as pictured and described. The view is amazing! The resort has lots of amenities and it’s a quick walk to pools and the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the week!

Great location

We stayed for the week and overall very pleased with the property. Location was spot on, easy access to the beach and the views from the balcony were great! Not the easiest place to find once you're on the property, but we figured it out (thought I was going down the golf cart path). Place could use some upgrades, the mattresses in the spare room need to be replaced, as we used every blanket in the place to make them more comfortable and had issues with ants in the kitchen, so we were very careful about leaving things out. There was spray in the complex, so we used it when necessary, and didn't feel it was warranted to contact the owner about such a minor issue. By no means would I not suggest or rebook, it was a great value and we all had a wonderful time. I would recommend for any family because it was a PERFECT location.

Ron's condo was everything we needed and expected! We had a full house, with 8 guests, and it was perfect for our stay! Ron was responsive to our questions before our trip and even had suggestions for things to do in proximity to the condo! We will be back! Thanks Ron~
