The space
Please take garbage to curb on Wednesday evenings. Bring garbage bins back in after they've been emptied.

Please report any damage or issues promptly.

Please care for the home with the utmost respect. Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets. Sensitive septics.
Towels & Linens are for indoor use only.
No candles or fireworks or open flames.
Guests assume responsibility for their safety during their stay. Host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Use of canal & dock is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No swimming, diving or jumping from the dock.
Fishing is permitted from dock and guests must follow all Florida fishing regulations. No cleaning the fish on dock or property.
Guest boats must be approved in advance and fit dock safely.
Do not tie boats to seawalls, railings, or pilings not intended for mooring. No fueling, oil changes or mechanical work on the property. Secure all watercraft properly.
Dock use for registered guests only.
Respect all neighboring docks and boats at all times.
The dock and canal are natural waterfront features. Guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their use.

Guests have access to home, lanai, yard and dock.

Other things to note

Only registered guests allowed.
Quiet hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. & strictly enforced. If neighbors report, guest will be required to leave without a refund.
Early/Late checkout fee: $25
Should you wish to communicate directly via cell re: entry code, please text us your cell #.
Pet fee: $125/pet. Pets must be approved in advance. Must be house trained and no left unattended.
Please put all items back where you got them.
No parties or events. No smoking or vaping in or around property.
