• Residential Community: The apartment is located in a shared residential building. We ask guests to respect neighbors and observe building quiet hours. Some everyday noise from neighboring apartments may be audible.
• Lost Items: A $200 fee applies for each lost or unreturned set of keys or parking passes.
• House Guidelines: No pets, no smoking, and no parties or events. Violations may result in fines of up to $500 per incident.
• Long-Term Stays: Reservations of 20 days or more require a professional mid-stay cleaning every two weeks ($140 per cleaning).
