We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount for up to 7 days coverage - after 7 days there is a $15/night mandatory charge for spa heating. If stay exceeds 30 days a credit card will be required.

PETS
>$25/night per pet
>2 pets max
>Must be accompanied at all times and picked up after or charged will apply

FIREPIT/GRILL
>We try to keep our propane tanks full - if you arrive and the tank is empty, we will reimburse you to take it for refill, or let us know and we can assist with a refill. Thanks for understanding!

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
