We had a really comfortable stay thank you. The only point I would raise is that our party of 4 were coming and going at different times of the day and night and two sets of keys would have been very helpful. It was difficult after dark to use the lock safe as its location is very dark around the side of the property, and as you shine a light on the numbers the light just reflects back at you making it difficult to read the numbers.

The host did not tell us there was a lock box or what the code was, we had to find that out from the cleaner and then the lock on the door was extremely difficult to open. We also didn't know we were staying in an area that - according to multiple Uber drivers - is an unsafe area with lots of drug addicts. Parking was also a total nightmare, do not stay here if you are renting a car!

The apartment was lovely, clean, a/c was working great, and had a great shower with adjustable temperature. Despite being on hilly part of the city it was very accessible to all the places. Couple block down, it can be a bit of shady area. However, it wasn't a dealbreaker for us and really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a lovely and quiet little apartment in the old part of Lisbon - feels like stepping back in time. It is in a good location to walk to restaurants, a grocery store, public transportation and within a short walk to sunset viewing spots. Comfortable beds that fit a family of four - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Having a kitchen and washing machine was very helpful. The very basics are provided for laundry and bathroom supplies and no extra were provided when requested.

Clean room, staffs are easy to communicate with, lack of follow-ups. Asked for an additional key for party of 4 and some extra towels received zero feedback. Besides that the washroom, living space is cute and comfy. Laundry, kitchen, basic utilities are provided upon check-in. Neighbourhood is a bit concerning for those travelling with families or just girls. Minutes away from lisbons most controversial areas Martim Moniz. All three path/roads to the hotel is infested with drug users/sellers. Take caution and utilize uber after dark. Checked out a day in advance due to this issue.

Cute and cozy modern 2 bed apartment in the heart of Lisbon, great for 2 couples/a family, and perfect for being close to the city's main offerings while having a quiet place to return to and get a good night's rest. Lots of cafes and restaurants located within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. Would happily stay here again in future!

Great location, cute and historic apartment. Bathroom had a strange smell and there were unknown stains around the shower and bathroom doors. Kitchen was fairly well equipped but lacked attention to detail (coffee machine but no supplied coffee pods). Shower was leaking and no toilet paper holder but management fixed the issue shortly after contacting them. Overall would recommend, thank you for the great service and comfortable stay.

Best parts: Location is great w walking access to many Lisbon places. Place is small but thoughtfully laid out. Beds were very comfortable; climate heating/cooling units worked well. Good parts: Kitchen has what you need, cutlery for only four so you wash them often - clothes washer w drying racks. Apt was stocked w two tp rolls, a paper towel roll, two dishwasher tabs, a laundry pod and a sponge - along a welcome box w some coffee pods and packets of sugar, olive oil, & vinegar. Not So Good: Bathroom seems larger than it is, and the commode area is cramped. I am average sized and my shoulders touched the walls on either side. High humidity in there, even windows open, and there is a sewery smell (only in the bathroom, the rest of the apartment is ok) The Ugly: The directions to locate the key for self check-in were reversed. They indicated go right 9 meters and turn left to find key when it is actually go left 9 meters and turn right. A bit disconcerting when you arrive at midnight w your family and luggage in a new city… The directions mentioned a tree and fortunately there is only one tree in the area so we were able to figure it out on our own after about ten minutes.

The pictures of the place is a lot nicer than it is in reality. Bedrooms are fine but the bathroom (incl. the toilet) is rather disgusting. All the rooms are smaller than the impressions you can have after looking at the pictures. It's good that coffee machine, wash disher and washing machine are provided but there are no tablets or capsules. Also I don't think 2 rolls of toilet paper is enough for a family of 4 for 6 days so had to buy all these which is unusual. The centre is about 15 minutes walk. The restaurant just under the flat is pretty cheap but the food is fine.

A beautifully decorated, bright, compact flat, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, quality bed linen and towels and with a well equipped kitchen and reliable internet. We would have appreciated a brief guide with details of how to use the nespresso maker, induction hob, etc. - not sure if the pans were suitable? and starter basics e.g. salt & pepper, clothes pegs. a few dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, tin foil or oven tray. We initially thought the neighbourhood quite run-down but seems to be the general standard off the busier streets and it proved very central and handy for Alfama, Rossio Square etc. but quiet and peaceful at night. There is a small well stocked minimarket downstairs and a small well patronised restaurant - which unfortunately we didn’t manage to try during our stay. There is an escalator just off Martim Moniz square which helps avoid the steepest of the climb up !!! The only thing which let down the accommodation was the toilet and shower area - cleverly designed to provide privacy with an additional separate wash basin however … there appears to be plumbing or damp problems which cause a persistent foul smell. (We reported this during our stay )and believe it is being addressed)

Great apartment, close proximity to key touristic spots, just minor watchouts Location: it is located in a quite street just between a main street with metro, tram and bus access (Rua da Palma) and Largo da Grace, which has the best viewpoints of the city. Additionally, well sorted supermarkets are conveniently located within 10min walking distance. Size: The apartment is absolutely recommended for families/groups of up to 4 people, given the 2 bedrooms and apartment size. Cleanliness: the apartment was clean when we checked in, even found a nice note from the cleaning crew. Only point to highlight is the bathroom, as it is seems to be difficult for other guests to properly ventilate it, so you find first mildew stains are forming on the edge of the shower. This gives also a little smell, which disappears after 10min ventilation using the big bathroom window. Equipment: It is nicely equipped with (almost) all you need for your stay. What we found interesting though (as not having it experienced before), is that we had to purchase toilet paper and dish washing tabs, as those was not provided (2 rolls of toilet paper were there on day 1). Having breakfast and even sometimes dinner in the apartment, we had to use the dishwasher daily as the provided set of cutlery, dishes etc, was not sufficient. We were provided a cleaning set, consisting of a sponge, dish washing soap and a cloth, just that the kitchen was not equipped with any tool to put the wet stuff to dry. Service/responsiveness: GREAT - nothing else to say, the Guest Ready team replied within minutes to 2 questions I had, perfect! Overall recommended for a short trip to Lisbon!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated apartment. It's conveniently located in a central area, allowing easy access to all sights within about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. There are plenty of shops nearby, including a well-stocked minimarket with a friendly owner in the house itself, as well as larger supermarkets. You'll also find cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet. The windows are excellent, and we slept well even during the Santos festival. The pictures accurately represent the apartment. The rooms are really small but nicely furnished and decorated. Upon arrival, the apartment was professionally cleaned, and the provided linen and towels were clean and sufficient. Essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil, instant coffee, and tea were available, along with washing liquid and a sponge. However, like other guests, we felt it would have been nice to have a few dishwasher tablets plus washing powder and more than two rolls of toilet paper for a party of three for a week. Please note: the kitchen and smaller bedroom are on ground level due to the area's hilly nature. This allows passers-by to look into the rooms. We hadn't realized this from the website, which stated the apartment was on the first floor. This is true only for the living room and larger bedroom. We rated our stay four stars instead of five due to a foul smell in the bathroom, despite keeping the window open as long as possible. The plumbing issue mentioned in previous comments hasn't been resolved. Additionally, we encountered two giant cockroaches. While this might be typical in old houses, we weren't thrilled with these unexpected flatmates. We would still recommend the place to friends, but only after the plumbing issue has been fixed.
