House Rules

• Guests traveling with pets are kindly asked to clean up after them immediately to help keep the outdoor areas clean and pleasant for everyone.

• No parties or events

• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM

• No smoking or vaping

• Guests named on the reservation must be 21+ and present during the stay

• Max occupancy: 6 guests



Other Things to Note

• The main access to the house is via the back door, and it is equipped with a smart lock.

• There is space for one regular-sized vehicle in the driveway off the alley.

• Ample free street parking in front of the home

• Landscaping service is scheduled every other Tuesday. Our team may briefly be on-site to maintain the outdoor areas.

• Plant care service is scheduled every Friday. Our team may briefly be on-site to maintain the plants.

• Noise monitoring device installed (decibel only—no audio)

• Exterior security camera installed (does not face into any private areas)

• 75 kWh/day electricity included; additional use billed post-stay

• ID verification and signed rental agreement required

• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability (fees may apply)

TERMS OF SERVICE

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
