Inside, you’ll find a brand new kitchen with new appliances, stylish new furniture throughout, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, cookware, and everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy three TVs, clean sheets and towels, a dedicated workspace, and a full laundry room with washer, dryer, and pool towels.

The backyard features a grill and an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying meals in the Arizona sunshine. A driveway is available for convenient parking.
