Enjoy the water views from your balcony, or just relax sitting on the beach or by the heated pool. You can wake up early in the morning to watch the sunrise from your balcony in the east and watch the sunset from your front door to the west. The views are absolutely spectacular and the sound of the waves crashing in will put you to sleep at night.

This condominium is fully upgraded with all the amenities of home. Recently remodeled with an open living floor plan, walk in shower, and recently upgraded kitchen.

This is a great place to spend time with your family or friends. You can walk on to the beach and enjoy the million dollar views or just cast your line for some fun ocean fishing from the surf. No matter how you spend your days, life is easy and filled with Florida sunshine and considered another day in paradise.

Within a short drive you can find some of the finest golf courses for every level of experience, including PGA Village in Port St. Lucie, with its famous 54 holes of championship golf.

You are minutes from great dining, local shopping with all your favorite stores, or just enjoy a movie. For those more adventurous have access to some of the finest boating, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, kayaking or paddle boarding in the world.

When considering this rental you have several rental options from which to select. Stay from as little as one month (2 months preferred in season) and if you are interested in longer stays over 3 month’s that can be arranged as well depending on availability.

A few important housekeeping notes to consider are:

- No Pets
- No RV'S or motorcycle overnight parking.
- For rentals of more than 4 months; separate guidelines apply.

We were please to have our host Eric present at our arrival. He showed us around his great condo with fantastic views. Answered any questions we had. He was only a phone call away if we had any issues - which we had none. Wonderful vacation, great place to stay!

Spectacular Views and Location

This condo was absolutely amazing with spectacular views of the ocean . Eric couldn’t been more accommodating to our needs and he was an amazing host. I would highly recommend without hesitation this condo to friends and family.

Beautiful Beach View

My husband and I rented this beautiful condo in Feb/Mar. and it is right on the ocean with an unobstructed view. The unit is just as the pictures describe. It was so nice we even got up in time for sunrise! There is everything you need for your visit in the kitchen,even a crockpot. The owner keeps everything clean and well kept so you will feel welcome. There are several nice restaurants nearby, like Skippers, KyleG, and Sauders Landing. We also had good pizza at Brock’s. We enjoyed the Oceanographic museum and the Elliott. Something was going on there all the time. Stuart and Jensen Beach are a short drive over bridges for more fun. Ft. Pierce has some nice waterfront restaurants also, and an excellent Navy Seal museum. You will love this area and this condo!

Perfect January

After renting several condos in the past, we were pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of the condo and how well stocked the kitchen was. The beach chairs were very useful. The view from the balcony was awesome and Eric, the owner, was great to work with. This condo is a 10.

There are no words to describe the most awesome time we had at your condo. Eric was a great host to work with as well as a great person to meet. Everything you could want is in the condo and he was prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had. We felt so at home here. Thanks again for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your place. Excellent stay!

Lovely stay at Eric’s condo on the beach! Great view of the ocean, lovely balcony furniture to enjoy morning coffee on. Very clean and super comfortable including the big comfy couch and beds. Kitchen very well appointed we lacked for nothing. Eric was gracious, greeted us and showed us around the condo. In fact we asked to come earlier than expected and he went out of his way to welcome us in two weeks early! The Island is lovely, try Shuckers for dinner….walk down via the beach. We stayed for 6 weeks - enjoyed fishing on the beach, hike in Halpatiokee trail, shopping, dining etc. As a Canadian we have never seen the fresh water car wash off in the parking lot :-) nice perk. Pool was great and we had access to the club house to borrow from their book shelves. We walked down the beach in the dark one night and saw a massive logger head turtle coming on the beach to lay her eggs! The best!! We would come again and send our friends here as well

Wonderful vacation

We had a great stay. Eric was an excellent host.. He met us at the condo the first day and showed us around. He also checked in several times with us to see if we needed anything. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped.

Wonderful beach front condo!

Caring and concerned owner who kept in touch to see if we needed anything. Everything you could think of was at the condo. Decorated beautifully with comfortable furniture, plenty of linens and items for the beach. Could not of enjoyed our stay more!! Kathy and Tom - March 2018

Perfect location and awesome owner

We loved all the quality amenities, the high end equipment and furniture, the car wash, the beautiful view, the easy beach access, etc. We really appreciated the place, we saw dolphins, a group of 4 manatees and even a rocket launch, all right from the balcony. It’s so quiet and peaceful here. The area is fantastic, we’ve been to Fort Pierce farmer’s market, Vero Beach, Stuart, Castaways Gastropub and New England fish market at Jensen Beach. Eric has been very helpful and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed.

A Wonderful Retreat for a Northern "Fall Bird"

I enjoy taking my "snowbird" escape from my northern climate in the fall rather than the winter. I love northern winters with their awesome snow sports, but hate the dreary too-cold falls of the northern states, so I found this wonderful condo to visit for most of October and November. I have rented quite a few Florida condos in various locations over the past several years, but this one was by far the best, and at a very fair price as well. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had modern appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The same with the linen closet including even towels and tote bags for the beach. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer, which came in handy since my husband and I are avid bicyclists and go through a lot of clothes in only a few days. The internet and on demand TV was a nice perk for the few rainy days we had to stay inside. They actually worked, unlike many condos I have rented! My husband and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony deck and watching the ocean. No need to sit outside though to view the ocean. We woke up to its views and sounds every morning thanks to the huge bedroom windows overlooking it. The condo is on the third floor which is perfect for me. It's high enough to get a view but low enough that you don't spend your entire vacation riding in an elevator. I really love Hutchinson Island. I discovered it 20 years ago but it took until now for me to have time to get back here. It's a bicycling paradise with A1A to use as a daily work out route. There are many great restaurants in the area and most of them have live music. Shopping is close, but the whole island is laid back and peaceful without much traffic.The owner was wonderful. He did everything possible to make sure everything was ok in the condo. He was quick to get back to us with any questions and he even added a few days to our stay to make up for the days we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Matthew. He's a great guy and really easy to deal with. Based on this review it's probably no surprise that we're coming back in the future!

Perfect location!

Hutchinson Island was perfect for us. It's quiet, yet minutes from the restaurants, bars, and shopping in Ft. Pierce, Jensen Beach, and Stuart. This gorgeous, updated condo is on the third floor of a two building complex, is beautifully decorated and well equipped, and spacious. The beach is private, never crowded, and simply peaceful. The pictures provided in the listing are 100% accurate and Eric is terrific....a young gentleman who is responsive, attentive, and thorough. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found this rental and we hope to return someday. Thanks, Eric!

Great Place for Fun and Relaxation

As soon as you walk into the condo you are welcomed by a spectacular view of the ocean! Wow!! The ocean view continues in the Master Bedroom as well. Then you look around at the wonderful decor and you instantly relax. This was our first stay at the Ocean Towers condo on Hutchinson Island, but we can't wait to go back. The condo is well furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. It is gorgeous! You are only steps away from the beach and pool. There are great places close by for casual meals and grocery shopping is close by. Eric was great to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We hope to be back very soon!

Fantastic beach condo @ Hutchinson Island

Great location, great condo, great view! This was our first year staying at the Ocean Towers condo on Hutchinson Island, but we will definitely be back. The condo was extremely clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time at the beach. The condo is right on the beach which made for some memorable sunrises, and the beach and pool are just steps away. There is a great little neighborhood bar and grill just down the street with wonderful food, and other dining options close-by. The owner Eric was great to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks again Eric...hope to see you again real soon!

vacation condo at the beach

This is our second year at this condo in ocean towers. This is an excellent location on Hutchinson Island as well as a beautiful condo. The furnishings and decorations remind you of Key West. It has a state of the art kitchen, and the condo is well equipped with everything you need at the beach. The closeness to the beach and the pool makes it easy and convenient for sun bathing or fishing. In nine years of coming to Hutchinson island, this has been the best rental and the most attentive landlord.

Paradise

This is a beautiful beach condo in a great location with a breathtaking view. It has all the comforts of home. What a perfect place to spend the winter months. Just down the beach is an excellent seafood restaurant called Shuckers. Close by are other great restaurants including Pietro's on the River, The Landing and several others on the island and in Jensen Beach. My husband got hooked on shore fishing. Bring out the beach chairs, umbrella and fishing pole ...... it doesn't get any better. In addition there is horseback riding on the beach only 15 minutes away, and on Saturdays, visit the Farmer's Market and art fair in Ft. Pierce. We are so glad we found this gem. The owner Eric is fantastic and such a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Eric for making our stay perfect!!

Heaven at the Beach

We love staying on the Island, but this stay was the most memorable. The condo is tastefully decorated, and is warm and inviting. It has all the amenities one could ask for and more. The view is spectacular-coffee at sunrise and a moonlight nightcap with the “sea turtles”. The beach is peaceful and quiet, perfect for long walks, lazing by the water or catching the waves by the sparking sea. It is minutes to fabulous dining, shopping and entertainment. Pietro’s on the Ocean is a favorite. Eric welcomed us at arrival and saw too every detail to our stay. We will definitely be returning. SEA you there!!

Great Condo

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. When we arrived, everything was exactly as pictured and described to me and a welcome surprise was waiting for us. I talked with Eric several times before our arrival and he always went above the call of duty to provide me with any information I needed. The condo was very spacious and I spent every morning reading on the ocean front lanai. The beach was never crowded and the entire complex was well maintained and was actually receiving a paint facelift while we were there. Grocery stores were a short drive away. Brocks Surfside Grill is right down the street and we ate there several times. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great winter getaway - loved it!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautifully decorated and completely updated with a fabulous view from the balcony. It was in immaculate condition with all the necessary amenities. Shopping, restaurants, farmer's markets, golf and other attractions including horseback riding along the ocean, are all nearby. Just 5 -10 minutes away are a some very good restaurants. We really liked Shuckers, which is on the beach, and The Landing for seafood, along with Albertos for Italian. The owner is great and extremely helpful. Thanks Eric for making our stay wonderful!
