Corner unit with wrap around terrace in Dune Walk (20ft by 24 ft). Guest access to ocean, beach, heated pool, pool house, and gym. No assigned parking but plenty of parking. 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms with two walk in closets. Washer/dryer inside unit. 2nd floor with beautiful ocean view, 1100 sq. ft. condo on the beach. Completely renovated condo (new cabinets, appliances, granite counter, furniture, T.V.'s, bedroom sets, bathrooms, etc). Free car wash on the north side of the parking lot.

Dunes Walk was great!

I loved the peace and quiet. It's far enough from the more crowded areas further south on the Island. The beach was beautiful. Great location. The condo was ready for us when we arrived, and our owner was quick to answer any questions we had. 5 stars!

A great Host and Wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay. Anthony is a great host who was very responsive to any requests or questions we had. This complex has the most friendly people who made our stay even better. Many have been coming there for years.

Great experience, great host.

Every communication with Anthony was outstanding. The property is exactly as he described and it had everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The view is spectacular and the breeze off the ocean filled the condo, so there was little need for air conditioning in February. The grounds are very nice and the pool and beach are only a few steps away from the condo. Use of the gym was a pleasant addition. All in all, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Anthony’s wonderful property. J&C ,

Hutchinson Island Condo

We had a great stay at Anthony's condo. First, its an end unit so instead of the typical "tunnel" type front to back condo we had large windows on the end wall making for a bright unit. The wrap around balcony is huge and gives the guest the ability to be in the sun or shade all day long. The appliances are in new condition making the kitchen very pleasant for the cook. Anthony was very helpful with our requests. The beach was great with turtles swimming by, sea shells galore, and fishing right here. A great place to stay.

Dazzling views and well equipped condo for a great stay!

You can’t help being dazzled by the stunning views of the ocean in this attractively decorated corner unit located right on Jensen Beach. I found everything I needed for my wonderful month’s stay. The modern kitchen was well equipped. The unit had its own washer/dryer. There were two large flat screened TV’s in the Living Room and Master bedroom and the password protected WIFI worked flawlessly. The Master bedroom besides having another stunning view of the Ocean had a fantastic mattress, large walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a very large walk in shower. There is a central bathroom with tub and shower located close to the guest room. The Nest thermostat for both heat or AC initially presented a challenge but with Mr Garcia’s help, I was using it with no problems. Any problem I had no matter how small, Mr Garcia immediately solved the problem. The building has an elevator and provides carts to transport your groceries, etc from your car to the condo. There is a heated pool with a very nice clubhouse next to it where the residents hold weekly activities. Anyone is welcome to join in them. There is also a workout room located in the clubhouse. A boardwalk leads to a covered pavilion that has steps leading to the beach. The parking lot has a drive through arch that washes off the dust and ocean mist from your car. Making my stay there even better we’re the other residents. They were so welcoming and helpful. I also appreciated how clean I found the condo when I first arrived with freshly washed towels and bed linens. All this added up to a wonderful stay. Thank you Anthony for helping to make my stay in your unit so great!

Great stay, great location, owner response great

Loved location, and house was in good shape for age, price was reasonable and owner was very responsive. Only downside and this was a big problem was we were unable to control our temperature in the condo. Anthony had nest and controlled temperature he kept it in an acceptable range after a phone call however we did not have the ability to raise and lower within that range if we chose to.

Great place

I had such a lovely stay, the place was spacious, comfortable, very clean, brand new, and stocked up with all the beach stuff I needed. I really enjoyed the views from the balcony and the master bedroom windows. I definitely made use of the big kitchen and the gym right by the pool. Mr Garcia was quick to respond whenever I had any questions or concerns. The beach was beautiful and the restaurants nearby were fantastic. I definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for everything Mr Garcia.

A great vacation

Beautifully and tastefully updated with tremendous views of the Atlantic. The condo is fully stocked which was a time and money saver. The people in the building were very nice and accommodating.

Needs a little tender love and care

Starting with the rusty front screen door, I started to wonder if I had made a mistake. The closets were full of left over things like surf boards, kiddie wading pool, lawn chairs and carts to carry stuff to the beach, even what looked to be a raft or two. Had to move stuff to make room for clothes in the closet. Next there wasn't any comfortable chairs in the place. There was no desk or place to put a computer. There were no side tables in the bedrooms. The only place to put stuff was on the floor. Then the thermostat keep setting itself to some previously programmed setting. There was no TV guide. Very little to no toilet tissue or any other paper products or clean trash bags when we checked in. Had to tighten screws in the front door a couple times an it was hard to close. Bedroom light switches had remotes that were a constant mystery. Master bathroom had loose floor tile that would squawk when you stepped on it. Every time we moved the sliding door accordion blinds one of the shutters would fall down. TV in second bedroom not connected. (no signal) Tile stained or dirty in tub shower. Had to take plastic shower curtain down and wash in bleach water to remove mold. King bed was comfortable once you got past the shin busting wood bed frame the stuck out two to three inches past the mattress. Table on balcony has broken legs. The tile floor all through the condo is not smooth. Hard to slide chairs out from table without hitting a joint in the tile. The info says the place sleeps 6 but the couch would be hard pressed to sleep two small children. The HOA people could care less and were no help with any questions and were only there a couple hours a day. Water dripped in bathroom tub shower, The was no safety handles it either shower. We left two days early because there just wasn't any place comfortable to lounge around and 26 day was all we could take. On the good side, it did have a table and 6 kitchen chairs, a nice view of the ocean, it was quite. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware. It had a swimming pool and access to the beach. The car wash was a real nice touch to rinse of our car every day. On the way home we stayed in a real nice Super 8 motel that had two nice chairs, a computer desk, a thermostat and light switches that worked. We were so happy.

Beautiful condo, beautiful area, loved it!

We just returned home from staying two weeks at this beautiful condo. The photos here do not do this place justice. It's immaculate, clean, modern, comfortable and with beautiful views. We are a family of 4 (older children) and we do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The Keurig was a bonus, and we enjoyed our tea & coffee every morning on the balcony. We also love how secure the building is having a gated entry. The pool was refreshing and never crowded, and we loved having the pool house close by to store our cold drinks/lunch, use the restroom facilities and to hide out from the Florida storms that popped up from time to time. This was so much easier than making a trip to our room each time. The beach out front was never crowded, and very clean. We are sorta "rental snobs" because we like to be comfortable while we vacation. Everything here was as close to perfect as could be. The beds were wonderful and comfortable, bathrooms were updated and had great space, and just enough furniture without being cluttered. It was so nice having all bed linens, towels and beach chairs/umbrella to use as well. Less packing! I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent in this area. It's also the perfect location. In just 20 mins you can be at the Ft Pierce Jetty, Bathtub Reef or downtown Jensen Beach. We hope to stay here again! Thank you Anthony for answering all my questions and allowing us to rent your beautiful condo!

Great Unit, Great Complex, Great Beach

Nicely updated condo with a great end unit location. Panoramic views of the ocean from the wrap around deck. Tasteful modern decor throughout with lots of nice amenities. Kitchen is well stocked and is equipped with high end appliances. Dune Walk is a very welled managed complex. There's a great beach which is never crowded. The owner (Anthony Garcia) is very responsive and has been great to work with. We would definitely be happy to return to this unit in the future.

Wonderful condo!

Great condo with beautiful view which is newly redecorated, clean modern and uncluttered. The condo complex is well situated on the ocean and people are very friendly. Anthony, the condo owner, is very responsive and is trying very hard to make it a great stay. A few finishing touches will make this an A+ rental property.

Absolutely fantastic condo and owners! Five Star+

First off, let me thank owner Anthony Garcia for being such a great and helpful person- a real pleasure to rent from! This condo was beautiful and immaculate! I could tell this was recently remodeled and they did a beautiful job. All of the appliances are brand new and high-end. They seem to have thought of everything too. There was any type of dish or cookware you could ever need, beach and pool toys, on and on. The beach is just plain awesome. I stayed there September through mid-October and the beach was mostly deserted even though the weather was perfect- I loved it! The large heated pool was great too. This condo is very private but just a few minutes drive to great restaurants and bars. The owner and management team are very responsive and handle any hiccups quickly and with great customer service. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Stay here and you will love it! I honestly can't think of one complaint except I wish I could've stayed longer! I will definitely ask Anthony if this condo is available when I go back to Florida next year and any year after!

Wonderful, Updated, Well Kept Unit

We stayed here for two months and totally enjoyed our stay. The unit was recently updated and is extremely clean, bright and comfortable. Likewise, the entire Dune Walk complex is well maintained. A real bonus is the fact that this unit is an end one and has an extended wrap around balcony with full ocean views. The entire Jensen Beach/Stuart area is conducive to a relaxing stress free vacation. Anthony Garcia, the owner is super and was intent on making our stay a positive one. We would absolutely return.

Immaculate and beautiful oceanfront condo!

This beautiful condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach get away. The wrap around deck is very private and the ocean view is spectacular! The owners do a fantastic job making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable, upscale and immaculate stay! We would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay again next year! This property is special to me because of the people that live here are so nice. I come from a fast pace Miami lifestyle, which is the opposite of Jensen Beach. If you want to relax on the beach but enjoy the night, you have come to the right place.

The 20ft by 24ft wrap around terrace overlooking the beach on the 2nd floor is definitely the selling point. You can still hear the waves coming in on the 2nd floor. A preserve is north of the unit.
