The Space:

Gathering spaces and privacy are combined, nautically inspired with 3 levels and 4 large bedrooms that include an exclusive Carriage House room. The main entry level includes a bright and inviting open floor plan with cozy seating, TV, gas fireplace, dining space, kitchen with bar seating, the king suite, half bath and laundry room. The upper level features a queen suite, a twin bunk room with 5 twin beds, a bonus den with a queen sleeper sofa and a guest bathroom. The lower level offers an extra large family game room with TV, generous seating, dining area, gas fireplace, ping pong, foosball, video game system, books, toys and puzzles. The private carriage house offers serene seclusion with a queen bed and TV. Inside amenities include heating, cable TV, a pack-n-play, free wifi, a full size washer and dryer, half bath, hardwood floors throughout, and a fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a gas stove.



Step outside the home and you will be treated to balcony spaces including cozy porches and an outdoor dining deck, on the ground level step into the private hot tub! An outdoor shower, gas grill and EV charger are additional highlights. Just across the street is the Olivia Beach Community Park featuring a playground, open field and fire pits to enjoy smores and hot dogs! The community’s heated, saltwater pool and exercise room are just a few steps away from the park. The scenic boardwalk takes you directly to the beach.



In the heart of Lincoln City, the Nelscott Strip is home to local shops and dining and Nelscott Reef is a surfer’s delight in search of big waves. There is more to explore with hiking trails, 7 miles of beaches, galleries, a famous salt water taffy confectioner, shopping, dining and entertainment. Olivia Beach is a truly unique spot hosting one of the Oregon coasts best tidal pools, “fairy globes” can be found in the sand - buried treasure from local glass artists, and inspiring views of the ocean at every lookout.
