The Space:

You will have 4000 square feet open concept, tastefully appointed in-door living and entertainment space as well as spacious covered and outdoor living area, kitchen with grill and outdoor dinning, pool and sun terrace with seating and chaise lounge chairs, an infinity pool with spa overlooking the Pacific Ocean, mountain range and the Quivira Golf Course. Each bedroom has plenty of space for comfort, with ensuite baths and full amenities, LED televisions and air-conditioning. The living space provides lot of comfort for lounging and the chef’s kitchen makes for a great place to gather around the large granite island and for meals and entertaining there is a designer dining room set for 12 and outdoor dinning areas.
