Guests will have exclusive access to the entire private apartment, along with shared access to the peaceful courtyard located on the property. The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Entry is via self check-in with a secure keypad, allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival. Street parking is available nearby and is free, though guests should be mindful of posted street-sweeping signage and metered streets on neighboring streets.

We are a smoke free property. This includes No vaping. Smoking and vaping is not allowed in the Courtyard. As this home is located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, guests may hear typical city sounds, including occasional street noise, pedestrians, nearby restaurants, or horse-drawn carriages during the day and early evening. While the apartment is designed to be a peaceful retreat we want guest to be aware there may be city noises they may not be accustomed to. Many guests appreciate the lively atmosphere—it’s all part of the charm of staying in the city center.
