The 4-room apartment on the third floor measures 99 m² and is designed to accommodate six people. In the large living room with a kitchenette, you can enjoy your meals and spend social evenings together. Three bedrooms, each sleeping two people, plus two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) offer the utmost comfort. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed, while the third bedroom features a single bed and a pull-out "bunk bed." From the balcony, you’ll have a perfect view of the sea across Lübeck Bay.<br><br><br>Resort:<br><br> The dreamlike location right on Südstrand Beach, the fantastic sea view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make the Südkap a unique vacation resort on the Baltic Sea.<br><br>All apartments feature large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment. <br><br>The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the playroom make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season. <br><br>The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m. <br><br>Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.<br><br>The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.<br>The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment.
