Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL

Please be advised that Long Beach Resort will undergo scheduled exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Preparation work, including project setup and material deliveries, will take place August 4–18, 2025 with construction officially starting on August 18. These renovations, managed by the Homeowners’ Association, will focus on balcony and exterior repairs.

What to Expect During Your Stay:

• Construction noise and limited access to certain areas and amenities may occur during this time.

• Temporary changes to entryways may be in place for safety.

Pool & Amenity Access:

• Lagoon Pool and hot tub: Open until November 28, 2025. Lagoon Pool and hot tub will be Closed starting November 28, 2025 - January 30, 2026

• Pool and hot tub between Towers 1 & 2: Closed starting August 28 - November 28, 2025

• Pool and hot tub between Towers 3 & 4: Closed starting October 20, 2025, and will remain closed through project completion

• Beach access and condo entry: Will remain open throughout the project

• Beach chair service: Available through October 31, 2025

• Balcony access: Open through August 27, 2025, then closed in sections as work progresses.

• This unit’s balcony will not be accessible from August 28 – TBD due to construction.

Please note that all dates are approximate and may change depending on construction progress.

Rates have been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience caused by the renovation. This notice was posted on July 7, 2025. No refunds will be issued for renovation-related disruptions for reservations made after this date.

Tower 1 Unit 1-1204

Free Wireless Internet Access and Beach Service for Two! Not every unit at Long Beach has internet access or Beach Service, so if you need it, we provide it free in this unit! Beach service provided March 1 - October 31.

Long Beach Resort is located at 10509 Front Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32408. This unit 1204 in Tower 1.

Include the number of adults, children 0-17 yrs, and number of vehicles when inquiring. Note adults must be 25 years of age or accompanied by parent(s) staying in the unit throughout the entire reservation. Parking permits are $20 each with a maximum of two per reservation. Please be sure to include the number of parking permits required when inquiring. No ATV’s, Golf Carts, Spyder Type Vehicles, other AUX vehicles allowed.

This is a professionally decorated, beautiful 2 bedroom condo where the warm Florida sun and cool ocean breezes await you at this tropical twelfth floor condo in tower 1 at Long Beach Resort.

This condo features wall to wall oceanfront views from every room of this spacious 1400 sq. ft retreat, and with the location of this resort, it is convenient to everything from the great restaurants to a Super Walmart right across the street! Large lagoon pool (6800 sq. ft) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (heated seasonally), onsite bar and grill (seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds, on site jet ski/umbrella chair rentals as well as 24 hour gated access and security.

The living room has a 50-inch Smart TV and DVD, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a King size bed in the master suite with 29" TV and DVD and two queen beds in the guest bedroom with a 32" Smart TV. Each bedroom has its own private bath with double marble vanities and a large marble garden tub. Step out onto your huge private balcony from both bedrooms and living room area to enjoy the soothing sounds of the gulf or to watch a gorgeous Florida sunset!

Your balcony overlooks 1300 feet of private, white sandy beach with onsite jet ski & umbrella/chair rentals. This is a NON SMOKING unit, Pets NOT allowed.

Guests must be 25 years of age to rent and occupy this property unless accompanied by parents who are staying in the unit throughout the entire reservation. Please include guest details when inquiring, number of adults, number of children 0-17 yrs, & number of vehicles (2 max).
