This beautifully updated condo features central air conditioning throughout the entire unit, keeping every room cool and comfortable year-round, along with complimentary WiFi for your convenience.
The oceanfront sunroom creates additional living space where you can relax, enjoy the view, or open the windows to let in the cool ocean breeze. The space includes a stationary bike for staying active and an additional queen-size sleeper sofa. Please note that the sunroom does not have A/C, but the exterior sunroom doors can be opened to enjoy fresh ocean breezes.
The open-concept living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests and flows seamlessly into the fully renovated kitchen.
