• Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly. If there is evidence of an animal’s presence during your stay or after checkout, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

• Pools: The outdoor pools are communal and located within the resort complex. Access is included with your stay but amenities might be seasonal.

• The pool house, including the indoor pool and both spas, will be closed from 8/3 to 8/15 per the HOA.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
