Come to the Great Smoky Mountains and actually see the mountains. RidgeLine Condo offers sweeping, unobstructed views of undeveloped mountain ridgelines from our top-floor vantage point. You get the feeling of being on top of the world, while still remaining just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the National Park entrance, Ober Mountain, and Dollywood.

We have completely upgraded this condo to be the ultimate, stress-free "basecamp" for families and hikers alike. After a day of exploring the Appalachian Trail, come back and unwind in the resort pools, or enjoy a drink on the balcony while taking in the view.

The Walk-Up: This condo is located on the third floor and there is no elevator on site. You will need to climb three flights of stairs, which guarantees no upstairs neighbors and the best views in the complex.

No Pets - Pets brought into the unit will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
No Smoking - Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Late check-out - Leaving after the designated checkout time will result an additional 1 night charge.

This was a great stay for my family! Close enough to enjoy all the things, but far enough away to feel in the mountains. We saw so many bears! It was clean, the view was amazing, and the hosts were so easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We loved it here! Would definitely stay again, the view was great! Loved how close the pool and hot tub were so we didnt have to walk far also how how close we were to gatlinburg without being in gatlinburg was nice!

The host was very kind and communicative. We were able to check in a bit early, which was extremely helpful with young kids. The kids especially loved the hot tub and the pool, and the view was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The property was exactly as advertised—comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The layout worked perfectly for our family.The host was excellent with communication from start to finish, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Check-in was especially easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel.The price was competitive for the quality of the stay. Beautiful view! Loved drinking coffee with that scenery in the morning. I would recommend the pool if you have little kids, but not for adults and teens, too small; can’t get away from other’s kids to not be splashed. Hosts were awesome! I had a question on laundry and they got back to me right away and easy instructions for arrival and departure.

Perfect place for our family of 5 for our GSMNP vacation. We loved the pool and hot tubs after a day of hiking. The views were beautiful. The kitchen is small, but worked out fine. Communication with the host was great. It’s hard to describe the mountain road up until you’ve experienced it, but our car handled it ok.

Started off with waiting to check in . They was still cleaning from previous guests. All was ok until I got back home and seen they was requesting extra money for cleaning smoke smell which I don’t even smoke.

Robert, At Ridgeline Condo, we work incredibly hard to maintain our long track record of 10/10 reviews. Regarding the check-in delay, our cleaning team required an extra 30 minutes to properly prepare the property. To compensate for this brief wait, we immediately and proactively refunded you $50 (10% of your total stay) without you having to ask. Regarding the damage charge, we strictly enforce our no-smoking policy to protect the property and future travelers. After your departure, both our professional cleaning crew and the immediately arriving guests reported a distinct smoke odor—which is a first for our condo. The fee was necessary to cover the immediate deep cleaning required and to financially compensate the next family for the disruption to their vacation. Kevin and Beth

The listing was accurate. The view southwest overlooked pigeon forge. Very good views from the deck. The kitchen was a little smaller than expected but everything was in great condition.

The room itself was nice and had all the amenities that we needed. We were told the Christmas tree would still be up and I had told my family but it was not up. Also it only sleeps 6 comfortable not 7 my mother had to sleep on the couch so you might want to change that on your website. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

Great location!

We stayed a few nights to celebrate my son’s birthday and the location was perfect! We saw bears on multiple occasions, which was our goal! The condo is close to the main strip as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous view and great layout.

Took our family of 5 adults and 2 kids to Gatlinburg. It's a curvy drive up the mountain, but the view from the room was incredible. Loved the layout. Everyone was comfortable. They all want to go back.

Over the years, we’ve been incredibly fortunate to travel and explore corners all over the globe with our two sons. We designed RidgeLine Condo not just as a rental, but as our own family's ultimate mountain basecamp.
