The house 'Cas Suis 9' of 110 m² is located in Campanet, in the north of Mallorca. The charming village is characterized by its winding architecture, picturesque market, and beautiful village houses. Here you can still enjoy the original holiday atmosphere of the Spanish Balearic island with fantastic views of the enchanting mountain landscape.



On the first floor of the elegant property, you will find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and appliances, including a washer and dryer, and a complete bathroom. Upstairs there are two full bedrooms, both with twin beds, and a full bathroom, so the house can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and satellite TV (German and Spanish channels). A highchair and a crib are available on request. You can enter the house from the private parking lot or from the street.



The highlight of the house is the large outdoor area shared with another apartment, Cas Suis 7, featuring a garden, covered and uncovered terraces, a large swimming pool, barbecue, and a full bathroom. Several sun loungers and umbrellas invite you to spend hours in the sun by the pool. Here you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.



The surrounding area is perfect for walkers and cyclists, with scenic routes through the Mallorcan countryside. A short drive away, the Coves de Campanet are a must-see natural attraction—a spectacular cave system that guests consistently highlight as a favorite part of their stay.



Thanks to the excellent location, restaurants, bars, and cafés can be reached in just a 2–12 minute walk. There is a grocery store just around the corner (2 minutes on foot, 240 m). The nearest beach, Platja de Muro, can be reached in 18 minutes by car (18 km). The airport of Palma de Mallorca is accessible in 30 minutes by car (45 km). Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are not allowed.
