SUNSET RIDGE is a newly renovated 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom mountain retreat built for the kind of trip where everyone wants to be under one roof — sleeping up to 14 across three king suites and two bunk rooms, with room enough that nobody trips over coolers by the door.



Upstairs, the PRIMARY SUITE has a king bed facing the mountains, a gas fireplace, a 50" TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub, frameless glass shower, and double vanity. Two more king bedrooms sit on the main level, one with its own private deck. Downstairs, two bunk rooms each hold twin-over-twin bunks sleeping up to four, giving the kids a wing of their own. Four full bathrooms mean the morning bottleneck other rentals dread doesn't happen here.



The KITCHEN runs a gas range, full cookware and dinnerware, a table seating six, four bar stools, and a high chair. The OPEN-CONCEPT LIVING ROOM centers on a gas fireplace and mountain-facing windows — pile on the sectional with extra blankets and let the evening slow down.



Downstairs, the GAME ROOM sets this cabin apart: a full pool table, a 4-player arcade, a poker table, and an 85" TV anchoring an oversized sectional. A second 50" TV keeps the poker table lit late.



Outside, decks wrap the mountain-facing side of the home with Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill. The PRIVATE HOT TUB is steps from the door, and the FIRE PIT is where most nights end — s'mores, low conversation, the view fading to navy behind the ridgeline. A pack-and-play and high chair are on-site for the littlest travelers.



FAMILY REUNIONS: Three king bedrooms, two bunk rooms, and four baths fit the reunion where grandparents want a quiet suite, parents want a deck for coffee, and kids want the game room within shouting distance.
