The newly-constructed Bella Vista is one of the nicest luxury cabins in Pigeon Forge with magnificent views of the Smoky Mountains from its three floors, decks, hot tub and fire pit. Although you feel like you are away from it all with the unobstructed view of the mountains, Bella Vista is conveniently located near Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The cabin has an enclosed theater room, a 10 foot climbing wall, and a huge game room.

After taking in the incredible views from the hot tub outside as well as the two-story great room inside, you can enjoy your favorite movie in the cabin’s own theater room that comfortably seats 9 people in reclining theater seats. Following a lively evening of air hockey or pool, or just hanging out with family and friends in the rockers on the deck, you can relax in one of the cabin’s four private king bedrooms that each have their own 4K TV and bathroom room with a double vanity. Kids and kids at heart love the bunk room (on the lower level along with the game room and theater room) with two sets of twin bunk beds and an Xbox One.

Bella Vista is an entertainment paradise! This cabin rental offers a wide variety of amenities such as, an enclosed theater room with a 82 inch 4K screen with HDTV, premium cable and On Demand; an Xbox in the kid/bunk area; pool table; air hockey; and multicade arcade system (containing tons of classics like Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Ms. Pac-Man, etc.). Bella Vista also has a distinctive 10 foot high rock wall and a kids-only cubs` den with its own TV.

Looking for a more laid back environment? This cabin also offers your very own hot tub and fire pit overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Rock your cares away in the cabin’s many rocking chairs. Grill up some burgers on the cabin`s gas grill and dine outside under the covered deck gazing at the breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte and the surrounding Smoky Mountains.

There is only one crew of housekeepers that clean this cabin (most cabin rentals are serviced by rotating crews who clean many cabins per day). Many previous guests have described this cabin as very clean. We have two full sets of luxurious sheets and towels for this cabin that are meticulously cleaned and switched out before each stay, so you are not dealing with sheets and towels that were previously used in a cabin that allowed smoking, pets or fraternity parties. We have added liquid hand soap to each sink to ensure that all guests can continue to keep themselves and others germ-free.

Also, if you decide to leave your mountain paradise, you are only minutes away from the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. ***This isn`t a late night party spot or a crash pad. Please be respectful and take care of it as if it were your own. Additionally, per the terms of our rental agreement, YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER in order to rent this cabin. Otherwise you must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian /group leader.

Guests have access to the entire cabin except for 3 small locked utility rooms / owner closets.

Although I am not available in person, I am just a text or cell phone call away. I answer my phone 24/7 and contact my housekeeping and maintenance crew that live less than 10 minutes from the cabin. Their response rate and time is excellent.

There are 3 security cameras that record activity on the parking areas and on the steps to the front door. Those cameras are video only (no audio). There are no cameras inside the cabin or on any of the back decks.

Approximately one week before a guest`s stay, I email guests the check in information. This information contains the door code so you can go directly to the cabin at the 4:00PM check in time. That information also contains the cabin address, directions, what is and isn`t included, how to work things in the cabin, check out reminders, etc.
