House Rules

We want Sunloft Villa to feel like home not only for our family, but for every family that steps through its doors. To that end, there are a few commonsense rules that we strictly enforce, for everyone’s safety. These apply to the entirety of the premises, including the house, lanai, driveway, and yards.

• Pets are not allowed onto the property. Smoking, in any form, is strictly prohibited. The occupancy limit of 12 guests applies at all times.

• The facilities, including the pool and spa, are to be used at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times, and do not allow anyone to run, dive, or bring glassware beyond the safety gates into the pool area. The gates and alarm system are for the protection of our youngest guests; do not tamper with these under any circumstances.

• Please comply with all applicable laws and the regulations of the Solterra Resort Community: park only on the driveway or in Solterra’s designated alternative spaces (improperly parked vehicles may be towed), and try to keep noise to a minimum during the community quiet hours of 10:00 PM–8:00 AM for the comfort of our neighbors.

Guests assume full responsibility for their personal safety and the security of their belongings for the duration of their stay. The property owner shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or theft occurring on the premises, except where such liability is mandated by applicable Florida law. By finalizing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have thoroughly reviewed the Home Rules and agree to comply with all stated terms and conditions in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all parties.

Pool & Spa Heating is available at a standard cost of $40/day if requested in advance. This is recommended especially during the colder months, although we cannot heat the facilities up to unsafe temperatures.

BBQ gas grill rental is available for $100 per week (or 7 consecutive days). A clean 3-burner, 30,000 BTU grill with a full propane tank and cleaning brush will be delivered and set up outside the lanai. Professional cleaning is included, so no cleanup is required at checkout.

Please note: The grill must be used outdoors only (outside the lanai) to keep the pool and patio area clean and to avoid smoke in enclosed spaces.

Solterra Resort Amenities access is available for a one-time cost of $35, which applies to your whole group for the entirety of your stay at Sunloft Villa. This can be paid in-person upon your first visit to the Clubhouse.
