We are not physically located at the property but are available remotely or locally as needed.

It`s best to rent a car in Sedona. Uber & Lyft is limited in the area.

Pack N Play & High chair is available at the property.

Pool can be heated all year around with $150/day fee. (3 night minimum is required)

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $1500 fine if violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
