We had a great stay ! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was convenient and close to the water, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. The host was responsive and made the whole experience easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting

What a great property! This is one of our favorite properties we have stayed at. The home was clean, comfortable, and had gorgeous views. We went down to the beach every day with our dogs and sat on the porch each morning with our coffee! Our host was very communicative and answered any questions we had! We hope to come back and stay again!

Had a nice time, the property was large and great for a family and pets. Loved the beach, close and easy to walk to. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Pet-friendly and family-friendly

We were in town for my daughter's wedding and this house was the perfect spot. There was plenty of room for the full bridal party to get ready here along with my family of 6. The house was spacious and the deck overlooking the water was one of our favorite spots! The pre-wedding photos are amazing! Thank you for letting us stay in your home and create wonderful memories!

Six family and friends and one small dog enjoyed this three-bedroom house on Drum Point near Solomon's Island. The kitchen had everything needed to make dinner and breakfasts. We walked the quiet neighborhoods by the bay, waded in the water at the beach, took photos of the trees and birds by the lake, and relaxed on the deck. We appreciated that the Solomon's Island activities and yummy seafood were only a short drive away.

Very disappointed & disgusting. Master bedroom was covered in hair floor & bed, bathroom shower curtain was on the floor, no sheets on 2 of the beds & the list goes on. Yes... the owner said sorry this has never happened before & offered a refund. But what we found under the kitchen sink should have NEVER been in that house! No excuses for that at all.

We sincerely apologize that the house was not properly prepared for your arrival. The conditions you describe are unacceptable and not representative of the experience we want our guests to have. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of these issues until after checkout, so we had no opportunity to address them during your stay. We provided a full refund and have since made changes to our cleaning and property preparation arrangements to prevent this from happening again.

Bryanna & Michael were wonderful hosts from start to finish! Bryanna was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and we truly couldn’t have picked a better place for such a special stay. We actually chose this home because of the beautiful little private neighborhood beach—and once we saw it, we knew that was where we wanted to get married! It ended up being the perfect setting for our wedding and made this home an extra-special part of a weekend we’ll never forget.The house was the perfect size for four adults, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and we absolutely loved the deck and gorgeous view of the Bay. Sitting outside and hearing the water along the beach at night was one of my favorite parts of our stay. The master bed was super comfortable, too—and Bryanna, I seriously need to know where you got those big pillows because they were AMAZING! The home itself has so much warmth and character. My mom especially loved all of the beautiful antique wooden pieces and joked that she needed to rent a truck to take a few of them home with her. Between the beautiful setting, cozy home, peaceful neighborhood, and wonderful hosts, this was so much more than just a place for us to stay—it became part of our wedding memories. We’re so happy we found it and would absolutely stay again.

Michael finds all the interesting pieces and we love curating the space. Please tell your mom that her plan to arrive with a truck for the furniture made us laugh! We are so glad you found it comfortable (king sized pillows are the best) and enjoyed evenings listening to the Bay—that’s our favorite thing too. We hope to see you again in the future!
