About this space
Escape to this peaceful waterfront cottage and enjoy everything the crick life has to offer. You can start your day drinking coffee on the porch rockers watching the birds do their morning routine and finish your day drinking a cold beverage down by the water in the Adirondack chairs watching the sunset over the creek. Bring the home office and work while enjoying the view!
The space
Beautifully updated 2-bedroom 2 full bath waterfront cottage. You will enjoy gorgeous views from the sunroom / living room.

There are 2 separate dining / eating areas (1 inside and 1 outside).

Both bedrooms have Queen size beds.
Another full bath in the basement along with a laundry room.

Clothes hangers provided in all closets

Standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

High speed internet

Also, a community boat ramp located a few miles away by car but just down the Crick by boat.

The entire space is yours to enjoy and accessible through keyless entry.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful, gorgeously appointed as very comfortable. We immediately felt at home! Although the area was more populated that we expected, it was still quiet and peaceful, especially on the water. Being so close to Leonardtown and Solomon's Island is also a huge plus! We were delighted that our host Krista was closeby, very responsive and most generous! We will definitely be returning!

The cottage was so cozy and welcoming. We loved the location and watching the sunset from the dock. We had everything we needed and Krista answered any questions we had promptly. We look forward to returning in the future

Beautiful property tucked back in a very quiet area. The house itself is has all the things you would need for an extended stay. The kitchen is well stocked with almost anything you would use at home. The house itself is very nice and really well maintained. Everything looks so new. There are plenty of closets and dressers to put your clothing, which is not often the case. The views off the house deck to the cove and just hanging out on the dock enjoying the outdoors was wonderful. Beautiful sunsets, osprey and eagles amongst many other birds to view daily added to the peacefulness of the property.Crabbing off the dock was lots of fun if you like Maryland Blue Crabs. The property is close to many museums and state parks, within 30 minutes to most. The hike and beach combing at Calvert Cliffs State Park was awesome, no sharks teeth this time. Communication with the owners was excellent and very prompt and responsive to our questions. The welcome binder is full of great information about local things to do. If you’re into just relaxing then this is the place.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Little Blue Cottage. Home itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and full of thoughtful touches. Krista was incredibly helpful, responsive and kind from the moment we booked. We can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a peaceful, well cared for space with a host that genuinely wants you to have a great experience!

Perfection

It was simply perfect! The cottage was clean, comfortable, accommodating with everything we could have wanted or needed. Peaceful and serene. Couldn't have picked a better place to meet our needs. Will definitely return!

Waterfront cutie

Enjoyed a great week of decompression in this adorable cottage. Definitely more than meets the eye. Interior is beautiful, looks newly renovated. All the goodies you’ll need. Great beds! Can’t say enough how comfy the beds are. Best mattress pads & cozy bedding to make you melt. A freak storm knocked out power the last night causing us to have to leave early, but totally no one’s fault. Hated the quick retreat, but we will be back. Hopefully we’ll remember to clean out the freezer next time! The trials of leaving unprepared. Enjoyed the waterfront, the fishing & the whole area. Can’t wait to return!

Loved Little Blue Cottage

The Little Blue Cottage is a great property. We loved the layout of the home, and the updates were amazing. The hosts pay tremendous attention to detail to ensure your say is both comfortable and fun. The yard and ability to walk down to the water was great. The outdoor living space is equally nice to the interior. We will definitely come back to enjoy the Little Blue Cottage!

Best gateway!

We needed a quiet place to just unwind for the weekend and couldn't have chosen a better place! The cottage is excellently equipped, furnished and impeccably clean.The environment is serene and peaceful. A great place to relax and meditate. I'm happy I visited and grateful Krista was extremely patient and helpful with making our stay a smooth one.

Beautiful!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting the area, right on the water which was very peaceful. We visited in the fall when the leaves were changing and it was absolutely stunning. The host was very good about giving check in information and describing how to get to the property!

Excellent place to stay

We were visiting friends in the area and decided to stay at this VRBO. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful and quiet setting. All the amenities were here. It is very close to many attractions. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying in this home. The wraparound porch is wonderful. We will definitely be back the next time we are in this area.

The Old Ladies Yearly Road Trip

We have never stayed in a more beautiful and scenic cottage before. We loved all the amenities it offered. Our host was there and greeted us after we were unpacked any sitting outside on the deck. She was super sweet and answered any and all our questions. As we were driving away after our stay, we were making plans to return to the Blue Cottage.

Relaxing, peaceful getaway

The little blue cottage was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway from everyday life. I truly felt like I was “away from the hustle and bustle of the daily routine. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful setting. The surrounding area offers some much to do and see. The host made our stay stress free.by providing a nicely organized book with suggestions of things to do. Would love to come back.

Relaxing Getaway

Krista, Thank you for opening up your beautiful "little blue cottage" to our family. You and your husband were very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating! Communication with check-in and check-out procedures were flawless. We enjoyed fishing, shopping in the local area and relaxing. We plan on making this trip again, hopefully this fall!

Quiet get away

We had a quiet get away for Memorial Day. The property has totally been renovated and everything is new. The cottage was spotless and communication with the owner was flawless. You can tell that they are giving the rental adventure their all. No issues what so ever. Thank you Krista!

Perfect waterfront peaceful little blue house.

The House has everything you possibly can need. It is extremely clean and neat and well furnished. Sitting on the deck and just looking at the water and the peacefulness is spectacular. Love the decorations and how close it is to everything and the book that was made with menus and other information locally to Hollywood. Would stay there many more times when visiting friends and family so
