This home is located in Ho‘opili – Kohina, one of Ewa Beach’s newest and most walkable master‑planned communities. The neighborhood has a modern, transit‑oriented design with quick access to the Honolulu Rail station, making commutes into town much easier. Residents love the clean, landscaped streets, newer construction, and the community feel.
Getting around this area is surprisingly easy. Ho‘opili was designed as a transit‑oriented community, so you’ve got multiple ways to move around without stress. The neighborhood connects directly to H‑1, which makes driving into Kapolei or toward Honolulu straightforward. If you prefer not to drive, the Honouliuli rail station is right next to the community, giving you a smooth ride into town once the full line is active. Daily errands are simple too — most essentials like groceries, coffee, and dining are just a short drive or quick rideshare away.
Parking is generally convenient. Most homes in this part of Ho‘opili include either a dedicated stall, garage, or assigned parking space, and guest parking is scattered throughout the community. It’s a modern neighborhood, so the layout is clean and organized, and you won’t usually deal with the tight street parking you find in older parts of Oahu.
Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned condo unit. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7. House Rules:
-No smoking in the property or on the lanai -No pets are allowed on the premises -No parties or events on the premises -Please observe quiet hours of 10pm to 8am -Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest. -Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed. -A mail key is not included in this listing, please have any mail or packages delivered to the nearest post office -Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit. -Please leave all keys and fobs on the kitchen table when you check out. A fine of $250 plus the replacement cost will be passed on to the guest for lost keys or fobs. - Post-Checkout: if items are left behind by guests, a $50 fee plus shipping applies for Lost & Found items returned to guests via USPS/UPS or FEDEX.
