Breathtaking Seashore Paradise At Rio Grande

Grand Bay Beach is a seashore paradise located in the town of Rio Grande, near Shopping Centers, Golf Courses, Hotels, and Tourist attractions (El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest and Fajardo's Bioluminiscent Bay). You need to rent a car to get there.

It is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, duplex beach condo that is equipped with most of the modern conveniences that you would expect at your regular home - namely, a Two-door Stainless Steel refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, flatware, silverware, pots and pans, a wine cooler, a hood that serves as a smoke extractor, 3 TV sets, 2 DVD players, 3 A/C units, water heater, Washer/Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Jacuzzi, towels, linens, etc.

It is truly a paradise to stay here and enjoy a peaceful environment where you can relax in the swimming pools or at the beach in our tropical island where the average temperature during winter time is in the mid 70s.

Our property is subject to a Room Tax of 7% imposed by local regulations.

Great place, amazing view from the balcony, cozy outdoor pool - perfect for kids, access to the private beach and a lot of restaurants/cafes within 30mins drive with a delicious food. The host is super responsive, kind and always there to help with anything. We really enjoyed the stay! Our 3yo daughter still asking when we return back to this place )))

Great place for a beach visit.

The place is very nice, very well decorated for the surf and sun. Had a good beach vibe. Beach and Pool are within 2-minute walk outside. Everything was excellent.Just need an update on the shower curtains. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Great Time

Jorge was wonderful. We had a great time and enjoyed the use of the Condo. Jorge was there for us every time we needed him. The Condo had everything you could ask for, from a washer and dryer to the washing detergent and dryer slips. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The view is just breath taking. We enjoyed not being downtown San Juan, in the heat of the tourist section. Thanks again Jorge for all you did to make our vacation so perfect. Gwen and Family

Great location private beach

We booked this trip as a graduation trip for my 18 year old daughter. The Condo was even better than the photos. Everything we needed and didn’t even know we needed was provided. Loved the box of games. The views were spectacular and we all loved being able to hear the sounds of the water everyday.We loved being able to use the beach chairs and boogie boards.. Location was wonderful so go to San Juan for dinners at night. Close to grocery shopping and just about anything we needed. Would Absolutely love stay here again. Beds were very comfortable. Entire condo was spotless and the air conditioning was fabulous.

Quiet and peaceful

Our stay at this property was fabulous. It was clean, well-stocked with anything you needed. Jorge was fabulous, responsive, and helpful in providing restaurant recommendations locally. The location was a bit more remote but it was so nice to have the beach and pool to basically ourselves and both were lovely. We would return.

Great vacation getaway

This was such a great unit to stay in for my family and I. Jorge greeted us at check in. It had everything we needed. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was great. We loved that the location was private. We practically had the beach to ourselves most days. My favorite place to sit was on the balcony. Loved the view.

Fantastic Place to Stay

We stayed 4 weeks and love the condo. Clean, decorated, tons of supplies. Best VRBO property we have ever stayed at. The view is awsome. Everything was just perfect. We will stay again!

A Perfect Beach Escape

We recently had the pleasure of spending another incredible vacation at Jorge's beach house. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most awe-inspiring panoramic views of the ocean. The comfortable yet stylish furnishings made us feel right at home, and the large windows ensured we never missed a single glimpse of the stunning surroundings.Lastly, I cannot emphasize enough the amazing service we received during our stay. The property is outstanding. The host, Jorge, is beyond helpful and attentive. The property is spacious, clean, extremely well appointed. Beahc toys, chairs, everything. The location is good. Its right on the beach and there are two pools. Driving to and from the property isnt the best, a little secluded, but by no means a deal-breaker. 5/5

We have a fantastic stay at Jorge’s place. Early communication, great directions, restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, personal welcome. Thank you, Jorge! Paradiso in Rio Grande

You can have it all in the condo we stayed. Excellent location if you like quietness, three resorts nearby if you like to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, and swimming pools to cool off while having a drink.... You will need a car in this location though, and sometimes if you feel like not leaving the condo it will be hard to get food delivered, but these are small inconvenient in relation with what you get staying in a condo with amazing views, and an impeccable decoration where you feel the love a care the condo's owner put into it. Finally the host Jorge, smooth and efficient, responding all the questions we had. We shall return.

Perfect Private Beach Experience

We were concerned with the remoteness and outside condition of the facility. However, that quickly went away with the greeting of security and the moment we walked into the room. Within the hour we felt at home. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, the location was convenient to the experiences we booked, yet remote enough to just relax at the beach. Jorge was amazing to take care of any and all things we needed. For our family vaca, it was perfect. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Vacation in Paradise

The location and setting of the place is perfect. View of the ocean from the balcony, close to the rainforest, and minutes away from San Juan. The master bed was very comfortable. The place had all of the amenities that one could wish for! We had a wonderful stay.

The property is even better than the photos! Beautiful beach view and clean relaxing pool. It was pleasant and quiet the entire stay. Jorge gave us some great restaurant recommendations and made sure our stay was perfect!

The view of the ocean is fantastic! Everything you need for a carefree stay is provided in a secure complex. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing place

We spent a wonderful week at the property. The view can’t be beat and everyone had comfortable place to sleep. The first floor is bedrooms and second is kitchen, donning and living. It was so beautiful it sometimes took us a while to even leave the condo. The pool outside is ocean front and we were often the only family there. Very close to rainforest and Luquillo beach. Hope to be back!

Wonderful quiet location with amazing view of the water. Close to golf and numerous restaurants. Definitely need a car. Jorge was warm and welcoming. Questions answered within minutes by text.

Excellent property

What a super location and property to enjoy! Excellent communication with the property owner, Jorge. This well-appointed and spacious condo has everything you will need. Communication was excellent and Jorge provided recommendations for places to eat and visit. We loved the decor! Very clean and cozy! A few days of beach, pool, books and the sounds of the waves. What else can you ask for? We can’t wait to come back!

The property is conveniently located near a posh hotel (St. Regis Bahia Beach), several Golf Courses (St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Wyndham Rio Mar, Coco Beach, and Grand Melia) and relatively close to the El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest. You can relax watching the sea from the kitchen or the balcony, or look at the vegetation on the other side of the building.
