Just off the kitchen, step onto the deck to enjoy outdoor dining, fire up the BBQ, and take in elevated views - especially beautiful at sunset.

The lower level offers a bonus full bathroom with shower, second living area, and laundry facilities, perfect for spreading out after a day at the beach. Community stairs provide easy access down the hill to street level, making trips to Sheridan Beach on Lake Michigan simple and convenient.
