Phoenix West II is a great beach front resort in Orange Beach, AL! You don't want to miss an opportunity to stay at this luxury Orange Beach rental. This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa with 1 twin sleeper chair in the living room, which helps accommodate 12 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!
Complex amenities include a massive Gulf front lazy river, a Gulf front outdoor pool, a huge indoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, BBQ area with grills, hot tubs, saunas, multi-level exercise rooms with high quality equipment, all covered parking, gated with full time security, plus more!

The cleanliness of the property was excellent. We really appreciated the security aspect at the property. The property has many amenities that we could not take advantage of because of the weather. Our only complaint is the sectional sofa is very uncomfortable and worn out.

If you’re planning on staying outside of the condo except to eat or sleep, this could be a good pick for you. The complex amenities were great - the lazy river, pool, splash pad, and bar/cafe were great! Our 2 and 3 year olds loved it! The condo itself was grungy and worn down. Pieces of sheetrock were missing off of walls, curtain rods were rusted, the couch is peeling and extremely worn. The floor was grimy, enough that we bought a Swiffer Wet Jet to clean and the pads were completely black when we got done. There was also zero cell service. We have AT&T and my mom has Verizon and none of us had cell service the whole week. It was extremely frustrating, especially the last night when the Wifi went down so we had no way of contacting anyone in an emergency. So if you have kids, the complex is fabulous. I just don’t necessarily recommend this condo due to cleanliness and accessibility.

Amazing stay! Right on the beach, plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby! Pools were awesome, our son loved the water slide! Orange beach had great food and entertainment. It rained almost everyday we were there and we still had a blast. Can’t wait to come back and get great weather!!! Service was awesome too and quick to respond to our questions!

3 light bulbs out. Some electrical outlets did not work. Wait for elevators prolonged at morning and late afternoon time periods, had to plan around. Electricity popped off periodically. Despite requesting eventual front row chair/umbrella sitting 4.5 months in advance, and tipping during our 6 day stay, never got it.

The property was clean and nice. The unit was a little more outdated than we thought by looking at photos. Ice machine did not work, contacted staff. Was told maintenance would come but never showed up. Couple light bulbs were out that cleaning crew should have noticed prior to our arrival and one wall outlet in master bedroom did not work. Furniture was nice and adequate; amenities of property was nice and plenty of things to do. Location was nice as well. We did receive a parking ticket or "warning" for being parked over the line a few inches when parking spaces were very tight. Overall, the trip was ok, haven't decided on whether we would return or not.

Ok, but have had better

I have stayed at the Oasis before and had a great stay but this one was not as good. Unit was not as clean as I would have liked and looked worn and tired. Dishwasher was broken and furniture needed replacing. The lazy river wasn’t working and the hot tubs were either cold or extremely hot. Over all the stay was ok and we had a nice time.

40th girls reunion

Condo was fine. The kitchen though was very minimally provided with gadgets & wine glasses. I was thankful we were eating out every night instead of cooking for a week like I do when I go with my family. The wine glasses they had were very small. I know, that’s probably not a huge problem for some…

On The Beach with Spectacular Views

Perfect for a family of 5. 4 full bathrooms, clean, & very spacious. The whole building is clean at all times. Great indoor pool area for kids, outside slide for kids and great pools with lazy river. We will stay again. Perfect location for hitting all the major restaurants

wonderful stay at Orange Beach Oasis

We had a great 1 month stay in1808.The condo was great except, the kitchen appliances are very well "Used" and should be updated. The Microwave was replaced while we were there due to the door coming apart. The Prickett maintenance guys were good and very quick to respond. we're looking forward to our stay again next year.

Away Time

We have stayed here before. It's such a great place to escape all of the hustle of real life. The ease of staying here is so dang easy, from checking in to the parking. Great place to stay

Was a little disappointed in the lack of adequate and comfortable furniture for the balcony. When in the room and in the morning for coffee, the balcony is my favorite place to be.
