Everything was just as described. The beach was a little farther away than we expected but the free tram made it easy to get to the beach without having to drive and pay for parking. If you go in the summer, plan on reserving chairs on the beach way in advance so you don’t have to walk forever lugging all of your stuff ;)All-in-all, we had a great trip and hope to return.

We understand that the distance can be a bit surprising, but we're happy you found a convenient solution. Your tip about reserving beach chairs in advance is spot on and will definitely help future guests enjoy their time even more. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love to welcome you back for another great trip.

Location wonderful, step out into shopping food music. Clean room , it was more like a hotel room no kitchenette. No replacement for clean towels available had to wash the towels provided. Advise property to inform on details location of laundry service. Overall I would stay again. The location and cleanliness and definitely price was worth it

Beds were comfortable and shower was nice . I'ts really like a hotel room on the first floor. Baytowne was 100 feet away with bars and restaurants walking distance.

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in e localização
Beautiful resort with a great location. Biggest issue for us was lack of laundry facility in reasonable distance. Only provided 4 towels for 4 people for 5 night stay. Laundry facility was in another building and wasn’t given clear directions from host on location. Honestly never got correct information. Make sure to bring your own towels or be prepared to go on a scavenger hunt. Also was hard to find pool. Poor directions provided. Can be accessed from the 3rd floor of the pilot house building. Was a good price for the stay but could rent at a hotel with housekeeping for comparable price.

Thank you, Amy, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful resort and its great location. However, we truly regret that the laundry facilities and pool access were not as clear as they should have been. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We strive to provide a comfortable experience, and we understand how important it is to have enough towels for your stay. We’ll make sure to improve our communication regarding amenities and directions so future guests have a smoother experience. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, as we’d love the opportunity to provide you with a more seamless visit next time.
