The Space:

This corner-facing condo boasts one of the best views of the water available in Panama City. It will be hard to stay inside, as the spacious wraparound deck is furnished with lounge chairs overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up early and feel the morning chill in the air before the sun comes up to really enjoy the peaceful nature of the ocean as the tide ebbs and flows. As the sun heats up the sand, make your way down to the shared pool area to take a dip in the refreshing waters. Just steps from the pool is a path to the beach, so take a walk along the shore and feel the sand between your toes. When the sun begins to dip below the horizon, enjoy the beautiful colors from the comfort of your own living area with a home-cooked meal made in the full kitchen. End the day with a glass of wine and reminisce on the day's activities with loved ones before dozing off to the sound of the ocean.



Though you will never want to leave the sand, venture out and easily see the many attractions nearby. Try your luck at fishing off of Russell-Fields Pier or spend the day on a shopping spree at Pier Park! There are plenty of concerts and festivals going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater year-round, so be sure to check out their lineup when you get to town! Gulf World and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf are both a short drive as well for some fun for the whole family! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, take a drive down to Carillo Beach for a small-town experience with beautiful beaches.

The building and location was great! The unit itself had issues. The furniture on the balcony was all torn, the dishwasher had standing water and smelled horrible. The floors were dirty and so was the floor in the shower. The space was great but the wrap around balcony was definitely a disappointment. That is why I chose that condo since usually that is where I choose to spend most of my time when at the beach to relax.

The pool, beach and hot tub areas were really good. The condo itself was a great but there were many things that needed to be fixed. It appeared that no one had rented or checked on this unit in quite some time. The dishwasher had standing water that smelled, the sliding door latch was broken, the remote in one room was broken and the tv had 1 channel. The picture shows an outdoor table on the porch which was not there. Mostly usable but pretty disappointing with the lack of upkeep on this unit.

I have stayed in this building a few times before. With that said the views and access to the beach are excellent. This particular unit left a little to be desired when compared to other units. Televisions were dated. One seemed to be about a 24-in which was not a smart TV so you could not use fire sticks or cast to it. Mattresses definitely not the most comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues when we checked in, leaks in master bedroom bath from both toilet and shower. Nothing serious they just made noise all night. Also sliding glass door was jammed when we arrived. However a little WD-40 and 2 adult men were able to at least get it open. Several blown bulbs, especially in ceiling fans.Most disappointing was we called the number for the management company multiple times. Always got voicemail and to this date no one has returned the calls

The dishwasher was broken and had water standing in it. One of the bedrooms had no air conditioning and the owner had to have known because they had a stand-up fan in the room. The balcony was the main selling point and we could barely get on it because the patio door was stuck and it took 2 grown men to get it open and shut each time. The patio furniture was not what was in the pics. We had a wrap around balcony with only 2 raggedy chairs and a folding chair. Also 2 rusted small tables. We had 8 people and no where for anyone to sit on the balcony. The patio furniture was old and raggedy not at all what was advertised. The floors were so nasty everyone's feet were black. The whole unit needed a cleaning BAD. The tvs were hard to use and one bedroom the TV didn't work at all. They gave us 7 bracelets and the manager said he would bring another one and we never saw him again. They wouldn't let you in the pool without one so one member of our group was always left out at the pool. The whole condo was a major letdown.
