Paradise awaits you in this newly refreshed, luxurious unit with two king master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus a private bunk room with door and a third full bathroom. Located directly on beautiful Panama City Beach, with sweeping views over the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is on the 21st floor within the high-end Sterling Breeze Resort. This beachfront unit has an expansive balcony that is accessible from both the living area and master bedroom and equipped with patio furniture and an outdoor grill perfect for preparing meals, experiencing amazing Panama City Beach sunsets, watching wildlife in the gulf, and dining.

Your family will be right at home with amazing accommodations and privacy. The gulf-front master has a king bed with a new mattress, en suite bathroom including a huge walk-in glass shower, and separate his and hers pedestal sinks. The room includes beautiful sliding glass doors leading to the balcony and offering views of the Gulf. The second king master overlooks the bay from a large window and features a new bed and mattress, and en suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and double pedestal sinks. Tuck the kids into the custom-made, built-in bunk beds in their separate bunk room where they have their own flat screen 4K TV. A third full bathroom in the hall includes a bath/shower combo. There's even a pull-out couch (with a thick and dreamy mattress that would surprise you!) to offer more sleeping space. Two families can fit comfortably with room to spare! Vacation is all about rest and relaxation. You'll find it here!
NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival.Ā Each vehicle is a $50 cost per pass.

This condo is a step above with upscale furniture and fixtures, stunning LVP plank flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplash, new full-sized in-unit washer and dryer, and wall mounted 4K TVs in every bedroom and the living area. Everything has been thought of, including hairdryers in every bathroom! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and dining and includes a large pantry. The dining area has seating for 6 with four additional bar stools at the kitchen counter.

We got there Friday 25th, door code was not working, we called the rental company and they rectified it immediately. Upon entering the unit we noticed the floor was very dirty. I understand you are at the beach and a little sand is expected but our white socks turned black in about 2 mins without us stepping foot on the balcony or beach. We called the management right away and they again were quick to respond and scheduled a cleaning for the floor the next day (totally fine as it was already 6pm). The refrigerator was also an issue. It was not cooling and the freezer was about the temp the frige should have been. We again contacted management and they said that the cleaners keep the fridge open and it may take 8hrs to bring it back to temp. We waited a day but still was the same. The maintenance guy texted us and suggested we lower the fridge temp which we did on Sat night. Sunday morning we woke to the fridge and freezer working like normal however there was water on the floor from the fridge. Needless to say i immediately notified the maintenance and they came out to look at it and explained it as a dual freezing system and sometimes it happens kinda thing. I would suggest to the Property Management to advise cleaning team to not leave fridge open so long. Issues aside the PM handled them great. The unit is ok, the couch was a bit old, the twin bunks had a bit of sand in bed. Overall I didn't hate it but didn't love it. Its a nice unit but needs a bit of TLC

Beautiful condo on beautiful beach

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Itā€™s a large space with three bedrooms and three baths that allowed our family of 5 to have true comfort while on vacation. The private balcony grill is unique to the building and very clean, allowing us to enjoy nice meals at home, overlooking the ocean. Winn-Dixie is very close and convenient. The pool area is nice, with the bar being a bonus. Staff was helpful. Elevator construction was annoying as we had to wait in lines to ride up to our unit, but only a temporary problem, along with road construction out front being noisy at times if the doors were open. Overall a great condo, great building, beautiful views, amazing beach, great location. Definitely recommend.

Had a blast. Beautiful view and location. Place was really confortable and spacious. Just fair warning the people at the front desk told us we were good to rent a golf cart and after we rented it the security guy said there was none aloud. Kind of put us in a bind but other than that it was awesome.

Overall the view and condo was great!! What they don't say upfront is that it cost $50 per parking pass/amenities fee!! The cost should be said upfront not when you go forward with the rental! You look for that kid and if info before hand!!
